I’ve owned my own Range Rover from new. It is now 4 years and 2 months old and is just about to turn 112,000 miles. It happily keeps clocking up the miles and I fully intend to keep it for another 7 or 8 years. They seem pretty reliable to me.

For a comination of reliability and build quality, I would rank them: Worst: Ford, Citroen C5, Vauxhall / Opel Medium: Peugeot, Austin Rover, Nissan, BMW Best: Citroen XM, Volvo, Land Rover / Range Rover For warranty back up, Citroen and Ford were awful, the rest were middling and Land Rover / Range Rover the best. My current Range Rover I’ve owned from new (30th September 2017) and it has over 139,000 miles on it. I have only had to have regular servicing, plus one oil pressure sensor, two suspension bushes and the rubber mounts for the front anti-roll bar changed and a pair of new cables for the lower tailgate. And a new battery. Everything else works and the internal trim and fittings are barely worn. I have no interest it changing it and I will run this car for at least another 5 years. Out of all the cars I’ve owned, the Land Rover / Range Rovers have been the best made, followed by the Citroen XM and Volvo V70’s in second place.

No issues. 3 weeks I went to order a new Discovery Sport to replace my current one which has been excellent from main dealer to be told no new orders were being taken for diesel due to the ongoing silicone chip shortage, waited 2 weeks for dealer to confirm this but no response so ordered Volvo XC 40 . It’s a pity as my Disco was extremely good

Neighbours daughter bought a new Range Rover at $142000 dollars. Beautiful looking vehicle. 1700 miles on the clock, suspension problems and and 3 weeks in the shop. Now 2200 miles and been in shop 5 weeks waiting for new engine to come from merry old england . Again a beautiful vehicle ! I will give it that , the rest 👎🏻

For me instead of going to bmw to use twin turbo i would use super change engine make more horse power 575 and 100 lister and you see there is no need bmw engine
I've owned Jags since the 1960s and my newest was a 2011. This film sort of proves why the only one I have now is a '53 XK120, The lack of a meaningful dialog, telling what they are doing and how is almost symbolic of what is driving me away from the car, So sorry...
