1. Build their foundation on God and themselves (not on outside relationships/things) 2. Don't allow random people to attach to their lives (they vet/know people in their space) 3. Have low expectations of people until those persons are proven 4. Don't excuse bad energy/behavior from people 5. Don't entertain people who are inconsistent 6. Tell people who make them feel bad that they are doing so and move on 7. Look for a person's emotional health level earlier rather than later

I have been trying to work on that in myself. Childhood trauma mechanisms are hard to rewire. I was raised by a mentally ill single mother who never nurtured my emotional health, but I had to stay aware of her's to the degree of not being able to recognize my own emotions in a negative situation.

Recently in a relationship with someone else for 6 months now that I am getting ready to step away from. I now know my peace is worth more than anything else. While God released me, He showed me His promise for my life. I'm in awe of God. I always thought that I was in correct character as far as what you have taught here. It is really edifying to hear it taught. When you, as a woman, know who you inately are, it will disturb your spirit horribly to the point if you dont get away from a person of negative energy, you become sick.

Congratulations! So happy for you too. Yes, the planning stage builds inner strength, and leaving is so liberating. I was with my narc fiancé for over 10 years, and I left him 10 years ago. I’d quietly found and rented an apartment for my son and me. Arranged for my Mom to travel here to support and be a buffer. Didn’t let him know until 2-3 days before I moved out, by leaving a letter for him to find while I was at work. It was one of the most difficult decisions, and it was by far one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. Envisioning peace and prosperity for you.

I was with my narc fiancé for over 10 years, and I left him 10 years ago. I’d quietly found and rented an apartment for my son and me. Arranged for my Mom to travel here to support and be a buffer. Didn’t let him know until 2-3 days before I moved out, by leaving a letter for him to find while I was at work.
It was one of the most difficult decisions, and it was by far one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. Envisioning peace and prosperity for you.

Because I was broken and looked at the appearance and didn't know to ask questions. I was too trusting and I believed everything one said and was looking for love in all the wrong places. 2) A queen protects her peace by not allowing random people to attach themselves to her life.
3) A queen protects her peace by keeping low expectations of others until they have proven themselves at which time the queen elevates her expectations.
4) A queen protects her peace by not excusing bad energy of others... if you're bringing bad energy, you cannot park it here.
5) A queen protects her peace by getting a handle on her toxic empathy.
6) A queen protects her peace by not entertaining those that are inconsistent.
7) A queen protects her peace by articulating how she feels to those who make/attempt to make her feel bad. She will then move on, either from the conversation itself or her presence totally.
8) A queen protects her peace by looking for a person's emotional health level earlier than later.
