    3 for 3 (All s22's that is) I give you a 10 out of 10. The public (including me) haven't even received their new phones yet but you have showed us what is inside them and how tough they are. Thanks for all your effort.

      I feel like my phone is getting hot, next to my underwear, even when I've even got all the apps (supposedly) closed.
      The battery drains faster than my note 10+, AND the mandatory 5G (per Verizon model instead of Samsung direct) isn't even faster than 4G, in a very metropolitan area.

    There is no need to have physical sim card tray as we already have esim chip on these high end phones. Better to remove sim tray and put back Memory Card slot as we need more space to store 4k & 8k videos + pics snapped through 108 MP camera.

    Good to see that Samsung seems to have settled on the s22 series with something they like. This reminds me of the S8 to S9. The s21 and especially 20 were a bit Rockey but I think this is a winner. Hopefully Samsung doesn't try to change for the sake of it again (still think they should have stuck with the s8/9 note8/9 for a few years then come out with the s21 design) If they focus on making it better without a full redesign every time hopefully they can avoid having their phones cost 200 more than apple's

    I generally see the teardowns for the vibration motor type. Just commenting to show respect to the motor it deserves

      I would have shown the vibrator motor but its sealed in the speaker housing and I didn't want to break it open just yet. :)

    All that without protective gloves...Whoops ! Clearly has never worked in the Microelectronics Industry. Still good Video and earns a Thumbs-up from me.

      Thanks :) . I don't want to spend too much time writing an essay like I have to many others who assume its a problem, but long story short its not. I have worked in the field and I have experience with working on thousands of phones over the past 20 years and I can assure you gloves are not necessary. Yes, at the factory it is, its standard protocol working on brand new units. No one wants sloppy hand prints, residue, or anything of that nature on a brand new product. But as far as static protection or shorts, they don't build these electronics like they did 20 years ago when you did have to worry for all that. They take all that into consideration and technology has evolved quite a bit. As long as your battery cable is disconnected, and your not siting on shaggy rug full of static, you're good to go. I appreciate your comment and the like. Thanks again.

    Are you thinking of doing a simple battery test? (playing youtube videos from 100-0 for example, wonder what the temperature and battery life would be!)

    • @PBKreviews
      @PBKreviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeah will try to do a battery video soon, but not sure if I will be able to do from 100 to 0 since it would take a good 8 hours I would think and a very large video file but I will see what I can do :)
