Love this idea! Plus we can print out sticker paper that will match our project, unlike napkins which don't always match. Especially for people like me who can't find napkins where we live. Thank you! I'll have to see if I can find this sticker paper someplace.

*something to consider while doing this would be to obtain several scrapbooking page collections /sets from a hobby/craft store (wait till they are on sale) and then when you have a nice stack of them find a print shop book binding shop that will cut them into 2.5 X 3.5 dimensions....have them save the trim as well as there will be some of this...i've done this in the past and it results in thousands of pieces that can be used in combinations...i will select several that complement each other then tear them into smaller pieces then burn the edges then glue them together...this can be for the base layer or they can be incorporated into other elements on the cardstock... have been making card collage for well over a decade but have been involved in art for much longer than that*

@@CountryMorningCreations *i also do this with card stock as well...both black and brown...i typically glue to cards together to give the give the piece a bit more rigidity and durability...i also take a gold paint pen and guild the edges as well...many times i'll also do a collage on the back of the card that compliments the front in some way...if you are interested in my deviantart gallery do a google for scottman2th...my earliest work would be towards the back pages where a lot of my cards are located...a few have been sold over the years and some were sent to a friend who was working in Australia and a bush nurse and got destroyed in a storage bin fire..but i'm constantly working an cards or art projects as i consider art to be my sanity therapy*

Thank you. Altered cards look great. When you print image onto the sticky sheet what way up do you put the sticky paper into the tray so image is printed onto the right side? Fab idea, inspiring. tfs. 😊🙏💕

They are really Cute! I'm curious about your corner chopper. What size corners does yours make? Mine is the aqua colored pair and it is 1/2 and 1/4 inch. Thanks for sharing this technique. Love it and will have to try...hugs from Arizona...:)

With the added thickness would the hold up and shuffle well if you wanted to keep them as a functional deck of cards?

Less is more with glue or you are going to get warped cards, especially in humid and or damp climates. A brayer will help ensure everything is glued down.
