This will lead to smaller and cheaper vehicles being produced again instead of these giant land behemoths we have now. Emissions are way over exaggerated in the consumer sector. Clean fuels and a catalytic converter is all we really need. EGR, particulate filters, and exhaust fluids need to be banned since it increases complexity, pricing, and reduces engine life. Instead overall vehicle weight should be taxed since that is what determines how much damage a vehicle causes to infrastructure over its life span. CAFE is currently setup to favor heavy vehicles since emissions standards for heavy vehicles are more lenient than small light vehicles. This is why manufacturers have moved to classify all their vehicles as "light trucks" under government regulations so they can take advantage of this emissions loop hole.
@@Michael-1337 NOOO TAXES! WE NEED Trumps Negative rates and RID OF EPA! its USELESS! and reason why vehicles are so expensive. RID of EPA, SAFETY REGULATIONS!
@@seymorefact4333 Agree with eliminating the EPA. They have outlived their usefulness. They made great progress in air & water quality throughout the 70's and 80's - so they've accomplished their mission and can be disbanded.
The states have their own versions of the EPA so a federal EPA is redundant as well.
Seems like the 2nd coming if the malaise era
Big, comfy cars? Sign me up.
They'll probably come with a horse.
With Trump reelected, I hope he'll lighten up regulations and remove the EV mandates. Let the consumer decide what they want to drive.
Electric autos Batteries ( lithium’s) are exploding when saltwater flooding occurs look at Florida videos my question is are they able to put them out not worth the expense
There will NEVER be an EV in my garage.
Drill baby drill evs no more
only true in america
he was against the bailout before let us see what he will do this time want 2 bet ..
Drop the "green deal" bs completely
we can't stop the change that is coming like it or not change is coming like it or not it will come the world will not wait 4 us 2 make up our mind . the model A had 2 change so must the auto industry
Will Trump tariffs cause hyper inflation?
don't be to sure if you get Musk on the team
The garbage has been taken out and the felon and the hillbilly will turn things around
Yes trump
Is going after that CARB 😁😁😁😁
American cars? Ford doesn’t make a lot of cars and GM cars aren’t that good.
Buy chinese vehicles. Great quality. Will not support union mafia cartel.
Let Trump put massive tariff on everything. All the parts and vehicles.
Who will be paying more to have their vehicles repaired.
YOU.
😂
Won't be an issue at all!
His tariffs will kill American jobs and the unemployed won't be able to afford a car anyway. It will give them time to think about no longer having healthcare and planning their retirement without social security. MAGA!!!!!
Government knows best what we should drive. Buy an EV and be a patriot.
Wait, Trump already helped the auto industry. 😂
And let EV development be funded privately NOT with public monies
The presidency should mirror the US Supreme Court. Lifetime appointments!
It doesn't work that way in America, Demetri.
Let's make the Trump family royalty. The they all will be YOUR HIGHNESS, has a nice ring don't it King Donald the First. WOW what a stud.
That's a slippery slope in the remote chance the left gains power again. I would however add term limits to Congress. What's good for the Executive Branch should be good for the Legislative Branch.
Trump, our Jesus Christ 2.0
Trump is NOT Jesus
We need no mandates but higher insentives so people can keep adopting EVs.
Why? Few drivers want a sub- standard vehicle that costs more than they can afford.
KARMA!
