Is there a way to lower the volume of the beeps. I’ve always felt they were too loud. But now my neighbor mentioned how he always hears when we’re coming or going. So I would like to adjust, muffle or disconnect since my gate is near there house
Great question, there is not an electronic way to adjust the volume of the beeps on the board. However, the 2nd dip switch on the controls board allows for the owner to TURN OFF the warning beeps. This is better than disabling the device altogether as it may alert you to other conditions that are happening to the unit.
You can also disconnect the white terminal block (connector) on the circuit board that controls the beep/sound output - this would make it so you don't ever hear any beeps, including alarm/error beeps. I've done this when troubleshooting issues to keep from irritating my neighbors. It is easy to reconnect if you're ever trying to troubleshoot.
Recently installed a gate opener single arm pull to open system worked great for about two weeks then it started to stay open it has a 7 beep code but it's like five consecutive beeps then two more sporadic beeps. Any help?

Mine is 3 months old closes when it wants and opens when it wants.throws error codes like crazy biggest waste of money……
