We got hit by the extreme outer edge earlier today in south Miami-Dade just above the Florida Keys. 25 to 30 knot winds. Monsoon rain. Our parking lot under 2 feet of water. Drains flowing up instead of down.
Chris I remember when you were doing another swampie mess like that when a snake tried getting in the cab with you and your very words were there would of been all kinds of dancing going on.
Yeh I been watching a long time & seen him on logs & the mud was as high as the cab door ! Those little rescue's he has done too going into stuff to rescue rental stuff thats got the cab & engine compartments half full mud !
Every time I hear the music, I know I will be treated to a speeded up sequence of one man and a digger creating a piece of art (hard work made to look easy).
Hey Chris, I Hope You And Your Family Good Luck From That Hurricane Headed Your Way!! Stay "DRY And SAFE"!! Wow the Liquefaction You Had On This Job Was Amazing, But You Won The "BATTLE" As Always!! T/Y For Another Great Stream!! Stay SAFE Brother!! Later!!
Up to your usual standards Chris. What a transformation. That 350 is a game changer for you. I can think of a few of your jobs in the past where you must have liked to have had it.
At the 20 minute mark on time lapse, it gives a real good idea of the depth and slope of the pond as well as how well the finish will look. This is going to be a sweet looking pond when done, you have a good start for sure, thanks for the update, this is a good series, enjoying watching.
Is his pond runoff drainage fed or spring fed, Chris? So you never know if there’s a bottom! 🤷🏼 Would you call this gumbo mud but sandy? Gumbo mud is sticky but you sink in it too!
Hey Chris I may be speaking for myself. But yeah pretty cool how long been sense last time you did dredging. Then we get one and Amazing to follow along. So fun 😊😊😊😊😊
If the logs work that's all that counts. Chris that is a mud pit. You're expecting rain from the latest hurricane Helene. Good day work Sir. See you tomorrow.
For those of us that are analytical, how much farther is the reach of the 350 vs 220 and how much bigger is the bucket vs 220 finally what is the ratio of fuel consumption to dirt moved for each???? I know the time factor is involved also.... Looking forward to staying in the Air BnB soon! Wouldn't it be nice if the rent for the air BNB included a couple hours digging with the cable Bantam excavator...... like on shark tank Extreme Sand Box
That’s when you need the haul truck and Brian hauling loads for you! Got a good bit done today Chris, looking good so far! 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks for sharing and we’ll see you in the next one Chris, take care brother! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙋🏼✌🏻✌🏻💯💯💯
This reminds me of the tv series Swamp Loggers. They would put some of the trees they cut down like you are doing to get the logs and equipment out of the swamp. Nice job!
Helene will be here knocking in a few hours and I will feel the storm about 8pm in the yard. Chris, I hope you and Geoff and Charlie and Ryan don`t get flooded. Big improvement for one day of work. That mud flows like lava.
Chris by this Dredging Work make You a application from Dredging what You before long Time make. ( how You with Uncle John, have a great Swamp to a Pond make.) I gladden my this Sphere of Operation against to see. Thanks. The Video however very good and Interesting 👌
Fine job! The client is likely amazed at how meticulous you are in making things look so nice and the result is a satisfied customer, which in turn leads to more jobs. Thanks for sharing!
Oh Yeah, Shaping up already Chris !! Looking good Man... You was talking abut the Hurricane, We are already starting to get the rain off of it here in Western Ky. Started right at 3:30 pm. our time, a little while ago, kinda spotty showers right now, But, here shortly it is going to set in on us !! And everybody else too , it's looking like... lolol... Hope it don't mess ya up to bad , believe you guys are gonna get a bunch of the rain too... But, Great as Always Man, Have a Great Evening, And, On too the Next !!
Chris, its Thursday Sept 26, 5:30pm .. im sitting in my recliner watching you dredge this pond out.. & in just a matter of hours Im going to be experiencing 70+mph sustained winds from this Hurricane .. Im in Meriwether County, Georgia.. its is to pass directly over us here in West Central Georgia.. last really bad "storm" we had was in 95 from Hurricane Opal.. Got my headphones on & watching you is just very relaxing as my wife & I prepare to go through this.. THANKS!! for the reprieve from the stress 😊
This reminds me of when I started watching your Chanel. You were working for your uncle and seems like you were always in the pond dredging. You have plenty of experience dredging and was nice to see you doing it again for a little bit. The head section looks amazing, Chris.
Why is it the last multiple videos have been on this project and still people are asking questions that have been answered in the first video and throughout every one of them.
There was a couple of square miles of valley bottom in Norway turned to mush & slid into the sea because of the ground being disturbed to put in foundations for a barn. Silty soil is strange stuff.
This brings up memories from watching you on a past project with your uncle, tipping out giant loads of mud into the dump truck and creating whole channels of dug outs. Time flies!
It's not going to try out to much in the next few weeks or longer, hurricane Helena is going to make a big wet mess for everyone down in your area of south eastern coast and Florida and other states in the path of this very large hurricane
Chris ya need to get in contact with Matt from diesel creek we have a couple of auction places here by us. A few auctions back there was at least a thousand or so mats that went super cheap and a lot of them had never been used or if so very little use
Maybe you discussed this already when you're filling time during a longer task (which you do very well) but am curious if the 300 series costs twice as much as the 250 to transport a given distance.
Great job stay safe from the storm 👍🏻 love how you said never never land love how you turned the radio on 21:43 love the school bus in the background love how you said machine to put down here and cowboy stuff love how you said till then that’s crazy that you had the mud slide down the hill before 30:26 what’s that hydraulic noise love how the words said stupid mud instead of scooping mud 😂 40:52 are you leaving that little tree
Hay chris did you get talk to ure buddy dirt prefect you give him a pep talk about needing rain says it dry for him an him taking swim breaks on job Then getting upset cus he got wet Boots and all ha ha
Now I understand your friend is expanding, updating this pond is he planning on building a large homestead overlooking the pond or making more homesites available overlooking the pond.no matter what y’all are having to move some serious ground, great video, great job as always.just continue doing what you do best.be safe.so the beavers move themselves down to the lower pond or did they get relocated by other means.great photography 👍👍👍😎😎😎
I hope you got this done before the storm comes

If a snake had gotten in the cab with me afterwards I wouldn’t been looking for whoever sh*t in my pants. 💩😂
Just getting a little chilly in Scotland, love when you dredge a pond, floating a big digger on that mud looks a little tricky.
I'll bet the neighbors are going to appreciate that swamp gone.
Stay safe out there with storm Helene Chris prayers for you and your animals home etc
Every time I hear the music, I know I will be treated to a speeded up sequence of one man and a digger creating a piece of art (hard work made to look easy).
When that Storm comes, there's gonna be plenty of work.

I’ve been watching you for years now and I am still amazed by your skill level and ability.
Big bad hurricane heading towards Florida! Chris, I hope y’all don’t catch any of the after effects of this storm!
Doesn’t take long to move that pile of slop with the 350! 👍🏻 Well worth its cost brother, especially loading a truck!
I'm not sure but I think this is the first I've seen you in the "gumbo" since helping Uncle John. Keep up the fine work!
At the 20 minute mark on time lapse, it gives a real good idea of the depth and slope of the pond as well as how well the finish will look. This is going to be a sweet looking pond when done, you have a good start for sure, thanks for the update, this is a good series, enjoying watching.
You dredging is one of my favourites
With that storm coming, that pond may be filled before you want it to be.
The swing tech on the 350 really adds to distance of transfer!!
With those logs...you can go anywhere...💅
Hey does your uncle still have that long reach ?
This was fun…love playing in the mud.
Cove looks great!!
👏👏👏💯💯👏👏
It a shame you didn't get dam repaired. It probably would be full after the upcoming storm.
Love pond videos, but dredging videos are usually more interesting.
Pity you didnt have your friend in the 220 and you in 350 dredging out before the hurricane arrives!!
If the logs work that's all that counts. Chris that is a mud pit. You're expecting rain from the latest hurricane Helene. Good day work Sir. See you tomorrow.
The weather channel is showing the hurricane moving up and westward into Tennessee, kind strange! Hopefully yall don’t get any bad stuff!
With Helene coming you may be posting some flood rescue stuff next week too On top the upper cove be filled with water !
Chris, are you MOVING the pond to another location or just fixing the pond as to where it is??
That mud looks like the “Blob” coming after me in the time lapse. Lol
For those of us that are analytical, how much farther is the reach of the 350 vs 220 and how much bigger is the bucket vs 220 finally what is the ratio of fuel consumption to dirt moved for each???? You rescuing some other people who got stuck dredging was the first of your videos I watched.
Loved the coffer dam Chris! It was a great view to see how it actually worked. That stuff would have slid right back in without the dam! Great job!!!
Look out now, lol you don’t want any splashy splashy Chris, that stuff would come right through that front window!
Love the pond videos. Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Assuming owner is going to develop land next to cove with houses.
Helene will be here knocking in a few hours and I will feel the storm about 8pm in the yard. Chris, I hope you and Geoff and Charlie and Ryan don`t get flooded. Big improvement for one day of work. That mud flows like lava.

Chris, why not use one of the logs as a wider smoothing tool with your thumb? It will speed up the cleanup.
If Chris had offered me to watch that nasty mud I would have said no, but before I knew it there I was.
Fine job!

We ❤ watching the blob grow. It seemed like a daunting task to rehab this pond. Your plan of attack is satisfying to watch.
This reminds me of when I started watching your Chanel. You were working for your uncle and seems like you were always in the pond dredging. You have plenty of experience dredging and was nice to see you doing it again for a little bit. The head section looks amazing, Chris.

I think the last time you were dredging was when John when he bought a tailgate for his haul truck, that was a lot of mud and hauling! I think Chris!
Very good video Chris. I did not see any old tires in this head section, this can't be real.
The other part of his pond is covered in stumps which is good for fish but if they are broken off and not sticking out of the water!
Looks like the drag line would come in handy
Excellent job.
Chris awesome clean out job looks great 👍🏼
Gonna Look Good when finished Got the Man on the Job👍👍👍👍👍👍
Chris, buy some good quality mats and store them under water in your pond. They’ll last forever.
You do more work in a day than three people could do in a week.😊
You need some holes drilled into the top of your bucket to let the air out to stop the blow back
That looks like that the long reach would of worked especially with cove
Like many others I hope you are all buttoned up and are prepared for hurricane - stay safe and dry!
amazing chris WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Call uncle John and borrow his long reach he bought
Your tripod views help me to better see slopes and elevations at times to better understand your efforts.
How much longer is the transfer not worth hauling. And it drains, Win Win
It's not going to try out to much in the next few weeks or longer, hurricane Helena is going to make a big wet mess for everyone down in your area of south eastern coast and Florida and other states in the path of this very large hurricane
this job reminds me of the job you did in that mud bog of a lake where you piled up about 12 foot of slop on top of the hill of the property
Nice video Chris. Nice work on the pond.
Will you be getting a tilt bucket for the 350
Chris ya need to get in contact with Matt from diesel creek we have a couple of auction places here by us. A few auctions back there was at least a thousand or so mats that went super cheap and a lot of them had never been used or if so very little use
You need a Volvo wheel loader with flotation tires to move that much out of your way on the bank.
Is a long reach in your future?
The person who owns the white house will need to renovate his or hers house to take advantage of the new pond
Chris, can you get a blade on the 220 or is it too big for a grader blade ?
Maybe you discussed this already when you're filling time during a longer task (which you do very well) but am curious if the 300 series costs twice as much as the 250 to transport a given distance.
Great videos, chris, but what made me laugh when u said that as soon as I get splattered, u will have to look through the window.... hahaha
Did you miss that one tree on purpose?
Really enjoy the time lapse.
Hay chris did you get talk to ure buddy dirt prefect you give him a pep talk about needing rain says it dry for him an him taking swim breaks on job
Then getting upset cus he got wet
Boots and all ha ha
Want to see you bust more beaver dams
Look's like a lava flow.....
Mud pile moves like lava.
