I feel like most people including myself really wanted to submit cards to PSA but were intimidated because of not knowing or fear of messing up but once I've watched tutorials like this one its honestly very simple and so far I've submitted over 30 + cards to PSA.
I don't know you, but I wish I did. Your shorts where you hook kids up with free Pokémon cards at the card shows is amazing. You're so genuine bro, you're a legend!
Im not a fan of grading, but Im watching this video because I'd like to know more about it. I don't hate on those that do, its just personally I like to keep it protected but I wanna have the ability to use them. But I also appreciate people like Coop who likes to go with the lowest price usually. Like this dude is not just making money, but a way of life. He will negotiate down instead of trying to be greedy, he remembers its about the people. So thats mainly why Im here commenting and watching this, to support this cool dude. So remember friends, interactions and commenting on videos helps boost it up.
Most wholesome collector/seller ever to live. You me inspire brother, I'm 28 and you make my days watching your videos. Lot of these kids will remember the great experiences you gave them. Stay blessed bro!
i’m so glad you included that clip from the live, it made me laugh so much 😂😂😂 “they make my butt look gooood!” 💀 thanks for taking the time to make this!
I have a good bit more respect for people who grade for the amount of effort and money you have to invest in getting your cards graded. I wonder if game grading is similar in the amount of effort and stuff. Especially with the company having some very specific preferences lol. Great video and I learned a good bit.
Can you show/explain how to submit a order with cards of different values? You mentioned different tiers but never showed how to do it If I had some card valued at $200 and then some at $500, would I have to do the $200 ones and then exit out and come back? How does that work?
Can you use shipping tape over the label on outside? I thought I saw some videos say to just cover the edges but thought you have to coverthe whole label otherwise it's going to get damaged
Same here. I’ve got some really rare cards I’ve had since childhood, but I don’t plan on selling them anytime soon. Looks like psa grading isn’t the best choice for that.
@@Needawholepailofwateryea it’s so hard to make a profit unless you get into it. Then you’re still not guaranteed any luck cause really only the graded 10s sell. But man are those slabs fun to have lol
I got the subscription only for the one piece promo but I’ve been thinking of sending a couple cards since I have discounted options this video definitely made me more confident with the process, Thanks coop! Hopefully I get some 10s
Hey coop I have a base charizard I want to get graded. Should I send that in with other cards or send it in by itself? When I say other cards I mean like a lot of the other base holos as well!
Hey. Hope you're well. I pulled the Magikarp 203/193 from Paldea Evolved. I want to get it graded, but I live in South Africa, so it's gonna cost about $35 to do so. In your opinion, is it worth it?
Kinda seems scummy they want to charge so much more for more expensive/rare cards wouldnt it be easier to just send in everything as 200 and just hope it isn’t lost or is there a difference in grading services at each level?
Hi…for the “purchase prepaid label”options…do you know if they includes insurance also?..if so how much does it covers up to?…I usually ship my own just like you but just curious about that new option offer by psa…thanks
So to clarify. I have a MTG card that I think will be worth over $800-1k after the grade. If I send it in with at the $25 package with a declared value of only $500, will they only give it a grade of a $500 value card? Will they send it back if the value is under-declared?
I have a few cards worth around $5k. If I submit a card at the declared max value of $5k, and the card grades 9 and now it is worth half that, am I paying still on the hook for the $199 service or does it bump down to the $129? Does that make sense? Maybe another example is submitting a slowpoke and declaring it work $10k but the actual turn around price is $25. Does PSA keep your $500 paid for grading? Thanks!
Hey man I was wondering for the submission pages if I need to write anything on them?? Because for the instructions on the website it states to write how many items are in the submission on page 1 but when I go to page 1 everything says PSA use only?? ❤
I think their instructions are a little outdated. They updated their forms and the old forms use to ask how many submission are in the box and how many total cards
Hey man final question since I’m using fed ex to ship my cards I was wondering what the contact number is?? Is the contact number the same number as the PSA customer service number?? Thanks again! ❤️
Hey Coop or anyone in the comments who knows, I’m submitting for the first time with a friend tonight and he has sports cards and I have TCG, do we have to do separate submissions? Can we do it all together? Can we do separate submissions in the same package? Thanks for any info! ❤️
You can do separate submissions in the same package with a combined submission ID label. You can only submit them together if they're all submitted at the same "tier" - so if you use the TCG bulk you can't submit sports cards in it. You'd need to pick a tier that allows for TCG and Sports
Thanks for the vid Coop! If you're submitting multiple cards with different declared value (i.e. expecting a psa 10 Moonbreon and a psa 10 basic holo rare) can you just do one submission say at the $500 declared value tier or do you have to do multiple submissions?
You would need to create a separate submission in the online tool if you want to pay seperate grading fees. You can combine them in one shipment and print out a combined label (the bar code that goes on the outside of the box). There are instructions on the final submisison page at 10:40 (where it says "Combine (optional") If you submit a card at a lower tier and PSA knows it's worth more, they will email you after grading with an extra fee called an "upcharge" and charge you the higher grading fee for that specific card.
@@CoopsCollection Thanks, coop! Is it any extra charge if I do put it in a box, or is that included with the shipping label? Sorry if that was discussed and I missed it. Still very new to this!
Say I send a card with a declared value of 500 but it gets a 10 and is valued more than that.. will I be charged an extra fee for that? Or will they still grade it? Also lol sorry for the questions can I send one piece and pokemon on the same submission? Or is that not a thing.. I’m just trying to get 20 cards because you need a minimum of that it says to send .. ? You da man coop
You can send different types of cards together as long as they all qualify for the tier you're sending at (for example you can't send One piece with pokemon IF you're sending the pokemon in at a "pokemon special" tier). PSA can "upcharge" if the graded card is a higher value than the tier submitted; which you'll need to pay in order to get the cards back.
@@CoopsCollectionalright so if I send at the value bulk with a declared value of 500 I can send sports, one piece, pokemon.. whatever.. as long as they qualify under that tier? I think I got it.. I’m cool with up charges.. Wouldn’t it be better to pay an upcharge if I get the 10 .. rather than paying 75 dollars for it to be graded and they give it a 9 and the value is less than 500 now? Does that make sense.. very greedy company if ya ask me
I send everything at the lowest tier and let them upcharge me. I'm not sure about mixing sports with TCG, sometimes the bulk tiers are "bulk TCG" but just double check your tier and you should be good

Good simple explanation. Gave me confidence to send out a shiny Paldean Pikachu I pulled. My kid likes your videos great job
This helpful. Just pulled some crazy stuff and want to get it graded for the collection. Never done it before but this seems easy enough.

very clear instructions, thx!
Ive 300+ yugioh cards from my childhood, can you also do a video on how to know if cards are worth grading?
“It makes my butt look good”

thanks for the help and great video
need a video on how you pick out your cards to send

Man I grabbed mine last night to choose 10 to send and my crown jewel is gone! My daughter and her friends stole my ss shl mewtwo gx.
So how much do you pay per card to grade ? Not sure if anyone else asked ? Let’s say the tier you chose ? Thanks sorry newbie
So psa doesn’t card about the double cardboard rubber band shipping method?
Can you use shipping tape over the label on outside?
I thought I saw some videos say to just cover the edges but thought you have to coverthe whole label otherwise it's going to get damaged
I usually avoid covering the barcode with tape if I can but Ive sent plenty with the barcode covered without issue

PSA does not do insured labels. You’d need to purchase insurance through your shipper if available
Damn Coop. Closing in on 100k and showing off your butt? :P haha congrats bro!!
Gotta give the people what they want
How do i make a USPS shipping label i made an account i fully don’t understand

PSA does not refund if you "overpay" for the tier. If you underpay and they catch it though they can "up charge" you more
thanks for the video my man have a good day, also coop does psa take grading points off if the card has a curve?
No, I don't believe PSA docks points for being slightly curved, but I don't know for sure
