i have the 85kw automatic version. did a 780km trip on one tank averaging 5l/100km. my last 6 tanks average is 5.6l/100km. I have cruise control on most times and on open roads did 115km-120km/h given we have a lot of cops and cameras.

fuel tank around 44liter which are bigger then in audi a4,bmw 3 and Mercedes c., but if you want 60liter in this three amigos you must pay around 300 euro for that
If you have a +1000 km trip to make you won't go with 80-100 just to save fuel and a few minutes from refilling. You will go as fast as you can and make 1-2 stops for break and refilling. You save more time like this. So this theoretical range won't be never achieved.
Ich finde besonders die Verbrauchsmessungen interessant. Wie lange war denn die absolvierte Strecke für zum Beispiel 100 kmh? Abonnement ist natürlich raus. :)
In which gears you made the consumption because from 80 to 100, 100 to 120 and 120 to 140 it jumps with about 400 revs for each interval, then from 140 to 160 jumps with 1000 revs and from 160 to 180 with 400 revs again?!
Look at the extremely low RPM in the 6th gear. This makes it impossible, to reach the top speed in this gear. Even the 5th gear is long, the 4th should be the gear, to reach maximum speed

@@TESTDRIVEFREAK Definitely enough. Could you leave it switched in at, for example, 130 kmh? Because somebody in a Mazda forum claims, that he was forced to switch down on slightly hills, while he was driving with about 100 to 120 kmh
@@TheCrankshaftRotator it was possible to do 130 km/h in 6th gear. However depending on how steep a hill would be the car also recommended us to shift down to 5th gear. But cruising at 130 is still posssible in 6th gear.
@@supermutant01Our Mazda also does 50km/h in 6th gear no problem, limit in 6th gear is around 45km/h and then it starts humming and automatically switches down as a reaction.
@@skrillix7486 Maybe. But this is no three cylinder engine, like your 1.0 TSI is one. Means: Much more smoother engine, especially at low RPM, but a little bit less economically. Therefore the lower RPM, I guess. Also, this car has more engine size (1,5 unstead 1,0 liters), and no turbo charger. Quicker engine response
It's nice to finally see a car in this price range that can provide a 6th gear. Especially on the autobahn it contributes to a lower noise level.
I highly appreciate the content of this channel. Keep up the good work man. I am a huge Mazda fan by the way. 😅💪

from 80 to 140 was in 6th gear, but at 160 at 5th gear because 6th gear not enough power

Its gasoline
