I watched both parts of retirement video.. excellent information. Annuity plan is not considered at all. Any reason ? Or various MFs suggested are much better for returns. Please explain or you may have one more video on the comparison of these two investments...their pros & cons
Very well explained.
Thank you sir❤❤❤❤❤❤
Very good 👍
Excellent ❤
Excellent video
Thank you.❤❤❤❤❤
Educative
Superb sir❤🎉🎉
Very good and informative presentation. Thank you both. One comment: I know Gerard is being conservative in suggesting a 2% withdrawal rate. I have done a lot of studies about withdrawal at the worst times for the US stock market, including the lost decade. If the portfolio is well designed, a 5% withdrawal should be okay also. Thank you.
He has given various scenarios..
@@NRIMoneyClinic Yes, I noticed.
❤❤❤excellent sir❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you
Thanks
❤ Good
No mention of Term Insurance
X lent
In other words you must withdraw ony between 2 to 4 % of your corpus to live an life of financial independence
20 mins content you are giving in 2 lines.. not acceptable 😂
How do you live comfortably by retiring in USA on only India investment income?
Sir I had a query and would be grateful if you could find time to address it
I recently had a name change during my naturization to UScitizenship
I have a certificate from the court that details my name change
Can I use the same as evidence of name change in india to update my PAN adhaar and bank account?
Thankyou
Will drawing interest from my corpus also tantamounts to withdrawal. Here the corpus is constant , but interest is drawn. So drawing down of interest is also withdrawal. Pls clarify.
Yes , it amounts to withdrawal
For your Growing Wealth, BJP Govt should be in Center, incase if Rahul Gandagi and 40 thieves comes into Power, then your Corpus will cut by min 75-80%.. So think before voting.. By pressing wrong button on VOTING Machine you will be sleeping on Footpath...
I don't totally agree with this, Invested in MF and after 14yrs when I wanted money it gave me less than bank FD 😂😂😂, believe this guys with pinch of salt, MF will make these guys rich
Your statement is very puzzling.. something terribly wrong .. can you give more details?
Please share more details… really curious to know which mutual fund gave your less than FD returns after 14 years …
Very strange comments without giving details. It gives the wrong message to others. I think, he does not have knowledge of investing in Mutual funds. No equity mutual fund gives return equal to FD after investing for 15 years.
I have a retirement corpus of 2.5cr. Is that enough to retire. Iam 55yrs and my monthly expenses are INR 80,000 per month, no loans. Many thanks for your answer in advance.
Excellent presentation, useful info
