Mine rubbed on the alternator pulley. Rubbed a hole a popped a code. Tried to go back to stock while the previous owner was the one trying to do this. Being the new owner and trying to find the stock stuff is a nightmare. The original design was cold air. Again trying to take this thing back to stock is like pulling teeth from a badger.
Only possible way I see this ever fitting is tightening the clamps on the boot to the throttle body then pulling the intake tube over to the filter boot which is going to put stress on the throttle body boot. That sucks dude. A company that won’t allow a return on a product that installation was incomplete due to fitment issues clearly doesn’t stand by their product. Don’t charge premiums for something you won’t stand behind..

The thing about after market parts some times ya gotta make it work or do some research and find what will work from what model and year to what model
Haha. It took about the same time for my AFE intake for the tacoma.
I have an 04 Edge came from factory with a 3.0, i have no problem finding parts ,so yes they do come with a 3.0

I would have put a collar on the intake side to correct the angel , weld it , and call it good.
Might as well just go with the plastic k&n intake
