- What's up guys! Today's video is 3 exercise pairings for lower body power. The focus is on building lower body athlete strength and power, specifically in our first block of training during the offseason. We're trying to lay a good foundation for the rest of our training to make huge development for our athletes, so we focus on isometric and eccentric strength and power development. We give a bilateral pairing, a more explosive pairing, and a unilateral pairing that we use with our athletes, so hopefully this helps and hopefully you enjoy!
