- Since today is the 37th anniversary of The Final, here is another part of a project I did with @Whamegafan35 back in 2020. I dubbed the bootleg audio over the audience video we have available.
It has been 37 years and the world still hasn't been able to see the full concert. Andrew has said that he wants it to be released but he doesn't think that the quality is good enough to release. Hopefully something can be done to change his mind, the 40th anniversary of the concert is getting closer and closer... - เพลง

You have to respect the person who filmed this concert! This is the 80s so you have to remember that these cameras were large, heavy items to hold, and they were usually banned from concerts altogether. Thanks to this person for keeping it quite still for us! (Although, would have appreciated less of the zoom-outs and keeping it on GM as much as possible!)
Pretty sure, don’t quote me though, Wham! ‘s own Crew filmed it and the way Andy said he wants it released seems like it’s theirs. Can’t understand why it can’t be HD’d or 4K’d? Mind you the recent 4K updates Young Guns, Bad Boys, and Everything she wants, aren’t as good as expected. A few complaints noticed on social media 😮

Can we imagine that one day someone give us a chance to see this show entirely.
Some of us had not that chance. I was only 16 and live in Belgium. The 12th of July 1988, George was not able to give us a show due to medicals problem. During his last show, I was, as many were, not able to go and see the concert. Now it is too late. Can someone give me please this chance ?
I think we all want this chance. The fact that such a historic concert is somewhat shrouded in mystery gives it that appeal which only wants to make us all see it more.
From what I read, Andrew said George never wanted the concert releasrd, so he never signed off on it 😢

I have it on two VHS bootlegs from back in the day!

I haven’t watched them in decades. They were recorded by someone who attended the show and then sold copies in the late 80s or early 90s. They took up two VHS tapes.
@@LMaarDo you remember if the footage included on the tapes was filmed from a different angle than this one? If not, then it’s most likely that what you have in your possession is similar to what is available on TH-cam already.
