I was surprised to see you add BBQ sauce when you're a wellness channel. I make my own baked beans with cannellini beans, canned tomatoes, paprika, onions, garlic and a little bit of cayenne pepper. So good! No need for bottled sauces full of numbers and sugar.
People need to eat more beans so their systems adjust. That reduces the gas after just a week or two. When I’ve had a busy work day, I’ll sometimes just eat a can of beans with some sourdough bread and go to bed. It’s cheap and healthy when I’m too tired to cook.
Ever since taking Eat Right For Life in the spring, I have increased my bean intake. I cook up a big crock pot of black beans for the week. I throw them in my scrambled eggs most mornings. I also like to have about a cup of them for lunch topped with cilantro, avocado, lime juice, and a dollop of nonfat plain Greek yogurt. Thanks for all the tips, Dr. Ann!
Darker skinned beans are more antioxidant rich. Nutritionfacts.org has reviewed the research studies on the top beans. Chickpeas were not the top bean, they are lower in antioxidant, higher in calories and carbs. BUT they are still a bean so you have the benefit of the fibre.
Flavoring agent?! You mean spices 😂 Ill put two cans of drained black beans in a pot season with garlic and onion powder, cumin, mexican oregano, pepper and a bit of salt. Smash em a lil and enjoy. Put the rest in fridge and i got prepped beans for like 3 days. Easy peasy 👍🏾
You lost me when you added the barbecue sauce. I eat the beans with herbs and spices, no sugar because I am pre-diabetic. Try them with smoked paprika and ground chipotle pepper. Thanks for the video.
Yes, me too. I was like, "I thought this was a health channel". I make my own baked beans with cannellini beans, canned tomatoes, paprika, onions, garlic and a little bit of cayenne pepper. So good!
Lol, she said 97% are not consuming enough fiber. Life is extra hard for you I am guessing. On top of that you accuse someone of lying when they did not. Seek help, if you even can be.

It's so unhealthy south of Denver that I think people believe sour dough bread is just for eccentric people or something.

One important caution is that if you have kidney disease or the beginnings of it , you should avoid it and eat psyllium husk instead.
How healthy are chick peas for you?
Extremely!

audio is a bit distorted
Me and my grandson personally like the gassy part
Beans don't give you gas alone. It's what you're eating it with that causes gas

Cook your own beans don’t buy canned.
beans are a staple at most barbecue places and i know americans love barbecue. saying 97% don't eat them is an outright lie

I hope you are never chosen for jury duty
Maybe get your hearing checked
I LOVE beans, especially black beans and red kidney beans.... BUT they do not love me :(. They upset my stomach so much, no matter how I fix them.
