@@blueberrylol2387 Sandwiches are a thing, the paradox mons are probably the least rare shinies because everyone and their mother is hunting them and they are exceptionally easy to hunt
For changing the time you actually don't need to close your game *press X to go into the menu (in-game) and THEN go into your switch settings and change the date.* Go back to your game and when you unpause/exit the menu it'll notify you that the outbreaks have disappeared and new ones have spawned.
the shiny sandwhiches arent as bad now people have figured out how to make them using any herbs not just the salty ones. i use them to force spawns in areas where lots of other random stuff likes to appear.
If your more on the beginner (kinda) side I would recommend using sparkling boost since it half's the chance. If you have the charm it is a good idea to preserve the sparkling boost

If this does end up getting patched, I’d recommend to turn off automatic updates on your switch. That way you can still do this method if they do release an update for a patch!

I've done two mass outbreak hunts (one without the shiny charm, still only took 30 minutes) but I still really prefer the sandwiches. Basically starts a mass outbreak of your own. It's especially fun seeing rare Pokemon like Iron Valiant spawn in the 20s. Can find 1-3 shinies within 5 minutes to an hour. But yes Herbas can be a grind
@@SS-yj2le isnt its overall stats worse and its BST sucks? edit: yeah, it has a similar stat spread to zapdos but is pretty much worse in every way except speed. id say diet zapdos is a fitting term.

Let's say your doing the 60 ko method of mass outbreaks, if you accidentally kill a different pokemon other than the target 60, (example killing 60 slowpokes increases your odds) let's say you get to 50 slowpoke kills, and your auto battle pokemon knocks out a random swablu, does that resent the counter?
Game freak said themselves that they have received zero complaints or have no plans on patching anything, even the lag and glitches so it’s fair to say this will stick around.

I have the absolutely worst luck. I have the shiny charm, i've chained 60+ outbreak pokemon, and i've been picnic resetting an outbreak for hours now and haven't found a single shiny. :(
nope not at all, ts not a chain, just defeat 60 to max shiny odds for the outbreak mons. You can even leave and come back and it'll keep improved odds until the outbreak is completed

I got shiny dreepy just walking around, thought I’d miss it if I saw one but it was easy to see

You should do shiny races in union circle co op
You can day advance and if you are physically in the location your outbreak spawns then it will spawn the mon you are looking for eventually

60 Kill combos x picnic reset is literally all you’ll ever need. It’s all I do and I have 12 shinies :) overworked shinies make it super simple.
What if there's a shiny where I can't set up a picnic for example if it's on the ocean

I’m confused why you’re setting up the picnic during the outbreak, is it to have more spawn in? Why not just walk away and walk back?

I’ve apparently battled 4 more shinies than I actually have….. I think they were battled and killed in lets go mode
evolutions count toward the shiny count in the dex profile so that may be why its higher than it seems
Your let’s go Pokémon won’t fight shinies, either. I think some fellas have tested this
