Learnings of Nishant Bhai:
1. Don't hesitate to ask for help.
2. Ask every question that comes to your mind, even if it's silly.
3. Never be afraid to say "no."
4. The difference between a developer and a software engineer is that a developer has to build things and a software engineer has to solve problems.
5. Mostly you don't have to sit and code, you have to find the best solution for the given problem.
Another thing to consider is that, in reality, managers are very supportive; they help you not to make the same mistake again, and they are always there to help you grow as a person and in your career; you can ask for their feedback and improve the situation.
