If I came usa then what my tjis degree worth
As a undergrad or postgraduate because in USA i need 6 years to complete the same course (4 for undergrad and 2 for masters)

Amazon culture is pathetic. Every task is assessed and scored. The more responsibility you take, the more chances you won't lose your job. If you don't perform according to their standards then you are placed on performance improvement plan which is like death sentence. Everyone has competitive mindset instead of friendly because of this stupid culture. They also want people to come into the office so that they can be kept under watch. Stay far away from this company if you want work life balance.
