If he were to have the balls to sue you, I would strongly recommend counter-suing for defamation/slander/libel (can't remember which would apply), harassment etc. Abusing the DMCA is an actual felony also so it'd probably be good to report that abuse, but that's just what I would. Edit: I hope that you and the others are filing reports regarding this situation. Pretty sure that local PD can't do anything right now, maybe FBI, but just having that squared away can help you out if you're forced to defend yourself physically. Edit2: I'm asking a few bigger content creators to see if they can signal boost this issue too. The fact that someone can get so upset about a completely unbiased documentary on them just because it demonstrated their behavior, which they factually had, due to it being blatantly and unequivocally amoral, to the point of a false strike campaign and cyber stalking is a fascinating mix of baffling and infuriating to me.
You know he does not share your perspective that the documentary is unbiased, right? People who consistently demonstrate antisocial, sadistic, or self-destructive behavior are gonna have strategies to maintain their self-concept. A big one is delusion or denial. LTG probably has a whole host of excuses for his own behavior (I was stressed, I was provoked, I had trauma in my past, etc.), allowing him to believe that, in his mind, he has done nothing wrong. When a documentary comes out that holds up a mirror to his bad behavior, he can either gain some perspective and realize he was wrong OR he can dig his hills into the delusion and tell himself that the documentarymaker is a liar and must be stopped. Add an audience of loyal followers who will back up his delusions, and LTG obviously chose the latter.

If he were to have the balls to sue you, I would strongly recommend counter-suing for defamation/slander/libel (can't remember which would apply), harassment etc. Abusing the DMCA is an actual felony also so it'd probably be good to report that abuse, but that's just what I would.
Edit: I hope that you and the others are filing reports regarding this situation. Pretty sure that local PD can't do anything right now, maybe FBI, but just having that squared away can help you out if you're forced to defend yourself physically.
Edit2: I'm asking a few bigger content creators to see if they can signal boost this issue too. Not that I'm anyone but a commenter, but, still this needs to be exposed to the light of day not just for TH-cam, but the community as a whole.
Defamation is the hardest to settle for though... Like so hard. L.A has had so many of them that the regulations have changed entirely for what makes defamation "legal defamation." The fact that someone can get so upset about a completely unbiased documentary on them just because it demonstrated their behavior, which they factually had, due to it being blatantly and unequivocally amoral, to the point of a false strike campaign and cyber stalking is a fascinating mix of baffling and infuriating to me.
You know he does not share your perspective that the documentary is unbiased, right?
People who consistently demonstrate antisocial, sadistic, or self-destructive behavior are gonna have strategies to maintain their self-concept.
A big one is delusion or denial. LTG probably has a whole host of excuses for his own behavior (I was stressed, I was provoked, I had trauma in my past, etc.), allowing him to believe that, in his mind, he has done nothing wrong.
When a documentary comes out that holds up a mirror to his bad behavior, he can either gain some perspective and realize he was wrong OR he can dig his hills into the delusion and tell himself that the documentarymaker is a liar and must be stopped.
Add an audience of loyal followers who will back up his delusions, and LTG obviously chose the latter.
