Narcissists don't respond to therapy really. They have to lose everything and be able to be humble enough to accept they are flawed. Usually it doesn't happen.
Extreme narcissists and Sociopaths tend to not respond to therapy in positive ways. There’s an old saying “The first step to solving a problem is to acknowledge the problem exists.” They’re fundamentally unable to recognize that their behavior is damaging to other people, and therefore they’ll likely outright reject the idea that they could possibly need therapy.

Narcissists don't respond to therapy really. They have to lose everything and be able to be humble enough to accept they are flawed. Usually it doesn't happen.
Extreme narcissists and Sociopaths tend to not respond to therapy in positive ways. There’s an old saying “The first step to solving a problem is to acknowledge the problem exists.” They’re fundamentally unable to recognize that their behavior is damaging to other people, and therefore they’ll likely outright reject the idea that they could possibly need therapy.
