is it possible to cover badminton? badminton is such a crazy fast and explosive sport that involves a ton of jumping, lunges, and quick changes of direction! plus most of the swinging motions emphasizes the use of pronation/supination and squeezing at the right time to really accelerate the racket head before contacting the shuttle!
I wished there was an exercise or group of exercises that specifically focused on improving muscular endurance/ultra-endurance during the full range of motion... rather than exercises that tend to be more fast twitch focused.
What about rock climbing. No one climb is the exact same so how would an athlete use more specific exercises? Hangboarding seems like one. Bicep curls help too.

Ryan Crouser should do that in a belt squat set up
The lift works well and is very safe for the back. Loading it on the shoulders could be beneficial for shot putters.

Nope. Just pull your foot off the ground as quickly as possible with your hamstring.
