    No offence but what is the point for making a pattern by cutting the sausage and dough when eventually the bun will be having so much topping which the pattern will be covered up and cannot be seen?

      What pattern? The point of cutting the sausage and dough is to have wider surface to put the topping on, not to be viewed. By cutting the sausage and dough like this, you can tear off a piece to eat with the topping. Tastier this way ;)

      밀가루랑 액체류(물,우유등)이 서로 합쳐져서 잘 섞이게 하기위해 먼저 섞는거예요!
      수화 라고 하는데 처음부터 유지(버터)를 같이 넣고 섞게되면 수분과 밀가루가 결합되는데에 방해가 됩니다! 그래서 물과 밀가루가 어느정도 섞이고 나서 유지를 투입해주는거예요!(영상에선 우유지만)
