    Excellent video! Clear as a bell. Thank you. After looking through this thread, I realized that if you remove the tape from the auxillary wiring, pigtail emerge, so you can just wire directly.

    I do everything in my yard or driveway also...no garage here, ha! Love the pretty days that allow me to play with my toys.

    When you disconnect the wires under the fender what do you do with the other lose ends? What else does it go to ?

    You video was very useful, but I just installed these exact whips on my krx, where you plugged into the accessory line, if you actually unravel some of the electrical tape on the wiring harness at that location it exposes pig tail ends you can wire directly to without needed those plugs.

    The only place I've been able to find that shows those 12v connectors in the rear on KRX. I put a 2 way splitter (built my own bullet type connector splitter) on the neg. and pos. and am running whip and license plate light. New subscriber too. Thanks for going all the way and not assuming!

    The male ends left in the harness should be removed and used to wire into your lights, they should just have a roll of tape holding them in place until you're ready to hook them up. If you use a cover over your machine the removable whips are a must.

    I’m more than sure if you get paperwork together and let your friends know, couple cases of beer, some burgers and the garage done. There lots of men around us to help

    Super easy install looks like. But I am more interested in the chase lights you have on the roll bar. Size and source if you could please.

      They are actually the factory ones from Kawasaki. They are on a toggle and go from green to regular lights

    I just bought some whips for my KRX. What is it you’re unhooking in order to hook up your whips? And what’s left unhooked what can it be used for later.

    • @MichaelDavisOutdoorAdventures
      @MichaelDavisOutdoorAdventures  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      As far as I know it's a auxiliary wire for items such as whips. You just unplug them, don't have to cut any wires or anything

    What size bullet connectors did you use to match the factory female plugs?

    • @MichaelDavisOutdoorAdventures
      @MichaelDavisOutdoorAdventures  ปีที่แล้ว

      To be honest I don't know the size. I know they are the same size as lights on a tractor trailer and you can find them in truck stops. You can buy a cheap light and cut the parts off that you need

    How are your whip lights working now ,after you have had them for a while now?

    Yeah I have a 10 by 12 shed I keep my rig in so I have to back it out to work on it. Kinda sucks because my last home had a 24 by 24 garage. But that's life. Lol. Can you make the lights go up and down the stick's ? I just installed a 340 dollar set of 4 foot whips and I don't think I'm getting the full experience out of them. 4 foot xk glow. Is was they are

      I actually picked up a light at a truck stop with those ends on them. Then cut them off. They have a Butt Connector style plug but I used those wires with the ends because they are sealed better. As far as size, they are a very common size but I don't know the proper size name
