I seriously cannot wait what Jenova Death & Absolute battle and themes have in store because what they’re did here in Rebirth is outstanding amazingly.
I'm down with that comment 100%. Jenova basically is the huge common denominator of what is going on with the Planet starting with the Cetra including Sephiroth!! It will be truly awesome to see everyone from the FF7 multiverse beat her down for the sake of the Planet and the Lifestream👍
I’d love to see this eventually being almost a 4 sided battle at the end. You have Cloud and our heroes. Sephiroth. Jenova. And Hojo. I’m totally fine with them tweaking the plot a bit to make things a bit grander and more epic.
The JENOVA OST is the only good thing that came out of Chapter 14. That chapter and that ending pulled the game from a solid 9.5 to a 7 if not lower. I fucking hate that they couldn't leave Aerith's death alone, and the boss marathon ruins any gravitas that stupid emotionally incontinent mess might have had left in it. Also, how nice of Aerith that she Doctor Stranges (ugh I almost ragequit during that scene) to Cloud's aid to fight edgelord, while letting Zack fend for himself (oh yeah, how nice of her to give some magic dome ...) I know there's still more to the story, Cloud is still tripping hard in the final scene (and Barret and Tifa clearly know it), but man, it all made the game end on such a sour note for me. They should have had the balls to let the game end after the JENOVA fight, with the scene where Cloud puts Aerith into the lake for her final rest. Cut to credits.
I think the scene where Cloud puts Aerith into the lake for her final rest will be shown on the third part (maybe when he fall into the mako). I think it was skipped bcoz Cloud (and myself) still couldn’t admit that Aerith has gone. T-T
Aerith will live this time.. Till the day that we meet again Where or when? I wish I could say But believe know that you'll find me Promises to keep, we won't ever need. And yeah she clearly likes Cloud more than Zack now..
