  • Get unstuck (neurologically and somatically) using an incredible technique called Havening! This quick and effective 11 minute exercise will get you out of your emotional and mental ruts and make space for more beneficial patterns and possibilities in your life! #havening #emotionalhealing #getunstuck
    Where do you feel stuck?
Whether we’re aware of it or not, most of us feel the same feelings, think the same thoughts and generate the same outcomes in our lives day after day after day.
(We have about 60-70,000 thoughts per day and 70-80% of them are repetitive.)
And when these patterns of thought, feeling and behavior aren’t serving us, it can be really hard to change them.
This is because they have become well worn neurological pathways in our brain.
This exercise can get you quickly unstuck anytime that you need it!
Let me know how it works for you in the comments below!
    xoxo, Karena

Thank you. I started with a lump in my throat, but I feel content and serene now.

Answering the questions I began to cry. It felt so good to let go of so much. When I first began, I wasn't at all sure of what I was stuck in, or where to find it or even what it was. But i know it was a BIG angry red pulsating blob that was suffocating the entire right side of my upper body. It slowly calmed to an orange smaller living blob and then an even smaller blue, then green light.
I feel much lighter and brighter.
We are all such a work in progress, aren't we? All our lives..
I will continue to come back.
Love your channel. Keep bring more light and healing.
Btw..I came over from tiktok 😘

I still feel stuck and scared but I also feel hopeful which I did not before. This is the first time I think I actually cried. Crying is scary. My feelings are scary. But this helps. Thank you

This really helped me become calm, less annoyed and more capable of being open to making and taking steps forward thru my healing process!
I will be committing to doing this daily until change happens.
