This is definitely a suit where should always have one of its weapon readied up while any of the cannons are cooling down or reloading. What works for me best is starting with the heavy stagger, immediately switching to the stun, and following up with the cluster shot. More often then not it leads to the target dodging, giving you the opportunity to hit them again. I tend to keep the missiles for dumping damage while retreating as you can use them while boosting.
