The BMW K 1200 S is a sport style motorcycle with an MSRP of $15,750 and was new for 2005. Power is provided by a 4-Stroke, 1157cc, Liquid cooled, DOHC, Horizontal In-line engine with Electric starter. The engine is paired with The K 1200 S rides on Aluminum wheels with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and 190/50 ZR17 rear tire. The front suspension is a Girder while the rear suspension is a Single Sided Swing Arm. Front Dual Disc brakes and rear Disc brakes provide stopping power. The K 1200 S comes standard with an One-Piece, 2-passenger seat.

Needs a cam chain tensioner. Had an 08 that I adored! Now I've moved on through a K1300GT to two K1600GTs on my channel. I really want one of the Motorsport editions. So lovely!
