Mama Kim is an ICON! She IS that girl, the moment, and everything in between! Our generation's Rachel Ray, but WAAAAAY better! Thank you for sharing, and I can't wait to learn so much more from Mama Kim! You can tell she has a lot of knowledge to share!
Being Chinese-Korean, I died laughing when you said, "is that the right container mom?" Bahahahha, opening the cool whip container only to find smelly ass small anchovies!
Can you upload more cooking videos pleaseeee. I’m Filipino but I’ve always loved Korean food, literally my FAVOURITE. I just find it so healthy and tasty at the same time so I would love to eventually eat Korean food at home ❤
I made this earlier today. Just the half of the recipe since I just wanna try how it tastes first, but definitely will make another batch. The Asian sweet palate in me loves this recipe. Thank you Mama Kim. ❤
@@isitoveryet9525i think if she wanted to make a separate channel for her mom she would, but it’s ultimately the decision of both her and her mom if they want to dedicate their efforts to a second channel, hope that clarifies what my original comment meant :)
I've been looking for a pickle recipe that will suit me as i prefer sweet pickles and i need it simple and easy! I will use this one. thank you so much!
White/Water kimchi next! PPPPLLLLEEEEEEAAASSSEEEE!!!!!!!! Edit: My husband is allergic to pepper membranes and seeds (not deathly, it gets him high, but he doesnt like the feeling it gives him), so regular kimchi is almost always off the table for him, but he really wants to try it. ❤️
Is there any difference what kind if vinegar will I use? We have a lot of various kinds and I am not sure which to use. 😅 Sorry for nauve question, I am just super new to making pickles myself
Hello, I accidentally messed up the measurements so i did 1:1:1 will that mess up my brine in a bad way? since the water and the vinegar and the salt are all the same in measurements?
Hello! Can I ask your mom if I want the pickles spicy, when should I add the spice. Should I boik it with the brine or just put it on the jar with the cucumber....
I did this recipe anc it was just perfect i made it so many times but this time it's not crunchy at all this time i just added some turmeric and some garlic cloves can ssomeon please tell me what i did wrong also this time i used a different brand vinegar
i personally don't like labeling foods as guilt free since it assigns morality to food but those do look very tasty and great for a light refreshing snack or to put on a sandwich! I'll have to try this recipe some time ☺️
Not so much guilt free because of sugar but I've made maangchi's chicken mu with allulose/splenda and they turn out just as good. P.S. tell Mama Kim we're all waiting for her to adopt us! 🥰
Pickles are never guilty of anything, you're just strange, but also, 1 cup of sugar does not equal "guilt free", unless of course you usually use 2 cups of sugar.

@@lvly_but a lot of the content isn’t of her making food. Most of the shorts are just the daughter trying stuff

Ewww YOU’RE strange byeeeee ✌🏼
I want your mom to be my mom 😭😭😭 I want her food so bad!

Slightly sweet? Korean food tastes like candy. Entirely too sweet.
From my experince of tasting korean food alot is sour and not really sweet? So her intro makes no sence for me xD
