I recently travelled to Manila a few weeks ago for a dunk contest against David Carlos and Daniel Marcelo from the Philippines. Shoutout to FIBA 3x3 for hosting an amazing event once again and to Dunk Elite for the opportunity. Also apologies for half the videos being filmed in portrait lol.
I forgot to mention this in the video but it's worth noting that I had sprained the middle finger on my right hand 6 days before the contest, and kept reinjuring it almost daily with pain/immobility spreading down to my palm. It was bruised and swollen the night before the contest and was at the point where I couldn't even grip a basketball. Luckily it wasn't too painful during the contest but it definitely disrupted my preparation.
Also credit to Daniel Marcelo for accepting the contest on short notice as an injury replacement, even after playing basketball games earlier that day.
