Good. Life in America sucks. I traveled to Japan and was stunned at the social cohesion there even in the big cities. You can't even make eye contact with strangers in America these days.
100% i've never ever felt out of place in Japan or that I wasn't wanted there. Anywhere I went, they were kind, courteous and just wonderful. I come back from each trip a bit more changed for the better.
No I paid for it in cash, which is something I would suggest everyone to do who wants to do this. It is very hard to get a mortgage for Akiya's especially if you do not live in Japan
@@KyleWongCO if you can, try to go the cash route. Hit up Akiya-mart.com for help with this, both Take and Joey are great and the Ryo the realitor for them in Japan...AMAZING.
Hello, I live In Japan I have my own house In Okinawa I am looking for a Akiya In the countryside In Chiba, Saitama or Gunma prefecture around Tokyo and It Is difficult to deal with real estate or owners because Okinawa Is 15600 miles (2500 km) away from the mainland Japan and also Japanese real estate rules have a waiting list procedure …I don’t understand that …why a waiting list when ppl want to buy …? If you have any advices or contact please let me know leave a comment !
No not really. I checked the flood map and earthquake map for Saitama before I made the bid, Flooding in the area is not a thing, its the same as it is here in Los Angeles. as for earthquakes. I live in LA, we deal with them all the time. Granted we've not had a 8 or 9 in a long time. The house survived the 2011 quake with zero damage. so I'm betting its going to be ok, especially after I retrofit it to 2024 standards.
Huge congrats! Looking forward to following this adventure...
Great Home! Good luck to u both. 😊
