Here's something to think about! I hope it's easy enough to understand ;-) Death & Dreams ------- Remember death and dreams are connected in the KH universe. We have seen Sora cross that boundary between death and dreams before, so what if Yozora does the same here and comes into contact with Sora in The Final World? In the end we see Yozora wake up and Sora return to The Final World. Yozora's reality ------- Also Yozora's universe could exist in an entirely different reality than that of Sora's, but still function the same. How does Yozora know Sora? ------- So where have Yozora heard Sora's name before? Well there's two possibilities: 1) The Master of Masters or 2) His driver which could be Luxord (looks the same and has the same voice in EN and JP) Endings canon or not? ------- Now the two endings could actually be the same ones just a tiny bit different, see even though Sora turns to crystal in the bad ending, it could mean that he just returns to The Final World like he does in the Good ending. So which ending is canon? Probably the good ending since it has "An Oath to Return KINGDOM HEARTS" at the end and it appears in the theater unlike the bad ending. Besides a bad ending is in many cases just a way of saying to the player "better luck next time". Oh and when Yozora says "I will save you" in the bad ending, could mean that the only way to save Sora is for Sora to defeat Yozora, that would therefore mean that the bad ending isn't canon.
I think that hes testing the strength of soras heart cause I think sora damaged his with all the waking hes been doing or weakend it cause hes fading when yozora loses hes like oh you still have a lot of power when he wins he freezes him to preserve him from fading I think that's why he says never mind when sora wins cause hes not in danger of fading yet but his power will be needed later
Ok, I figured it out. Sora is trapped in the realm or world of dreams. Yozora's power is the power to travel into this world of dreams and can also travel into or through people's dreams. To save sora, yozora and riku will combine Yozora's power to travel through dreams with riku's power of waking (the power to wake sleeping hearts) to save sora.
@@mattiasaietti9288 because his power involves turning sora into a crystal and possible traveling through sora's dreams. To do that, he probably has to subdue sora first. Kind of like how you have to weaken pokemon first before you catch them.
@@CesarSandoval024 from which Canon lol? Crystals have been used so much for so many different things in the final fantasy lore it's crazy. Crystals haven't really been present at all in kingdom hearts surprisingly. So their introduction now could open up a whole host of potential. Upon further analysis, it seems luxord is the driver in the car. Both the bad and good endings may be actual Canon. My thinking is that luxord wanted yozora to meet sora so when sora beats him and yozora says "I guess that my powers aren't needed yet" and then luxord says "impressive, is it not?", it's probably because yozora wasn't strong enough to beat sora. This is what we see in the "good" ending. I think yozora's power only works on people who he's able to weaken or overcome. Kind of like how you have to weaken pokemon before you catch them with a pokeball. I know it's a weird analogy but it gets the point across. My thinking is that yozora knows who sora is and makes multiple attempts to "rescue" him by Crystalizing him and traveling to his world of sea and sky. It's only after multiple attempts, getting stronger, and when sora finally loses to yozora that his power to crystalize him takes into effect. This is what we see happen in the "bad" ending. I'd love to hear everybody else's thoughts on this.
When I saw this, I was laughing my ass off! If only because this ending seemed to imply that all of Sora's adventures were all just Yozora's dream- like it was all just a prequel for Verum Rex/Versus XIII. Nomura's an honorless psychopath, and I **LOVE** him!!
1:02 Same hair in the back and front, same silhouette, same voice. Luxord's been the spotlight more and more with an emphasis on WHO is really is freaking even Braig out. BRAIG. And now Nomura "King of Bait" just baited us again. It's been known that Luxord is Nomura's favorite for a while now. Nomura couldn't finish FInal Fantasy Versus XIII but now we see something even greater on the horizon. I got all the proof I need. That's Luxord. How can I be so sure? Well, to prove my claim I asked Luxord's voice actor this: Hey, Mr. Downes. I have a question about a certain voice we hear in the new Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind Dlc. There's a limo driver who sounds just like you. Can you say anymore? He replied with a like. Now to leave you with a quote from Luxord: "One must hold one's cards as long as possible."
So I just pieced it together... You know how Yozora said that he had to go through the trials and such and find himself in the TWEWY universe Shibuya, because looking at the secret ending it seems that his world is different from the world where those two fought. And damn, maybe the trials was made by the master of masters himself, and told him to save sora. The crystalization reminds me of the time I played FF Type-0 It feels like everything is connected in a way, damn Nomura you just want to make your OC's fight each other didn't you! Chirity's in on it too, probably, maybe....
I got more of an FF XIII vibe (haven't played Type-0, though I believe it's still considered part of FF XIII lore. E.g. there's Fal'Cie in it) Sora becoming crystal is like what happened to Serah, or Fang and Vanielle.
It's stuff like this that confuse me. I'm not talking about the typical Tetsuya Nomura trolling story telling, but the fact that something so cool, enigmatic, and beautifully reminiscent of the first KH can still be made yet we don't see this in the current games nowadays. This is the crazy mysterious yet beautiful moments that first attracted me to the series. KH3 felt different because it lacked the "where is the story going" moments that kept you engaged, not to mention the great gameplay from KH1 and KH2 which while simplified compared to KH3 was all we ever needed. All this to say Nomura done did it again.
@@kei7540 It's the concepts and FF elements that have me hooked. And I can't forget Utada and Shimomura's iconic music. When done right, it's some of the best story telling I've ever seen. Feels like a Japanese JRPG with twists after twists.
@@dababylessgpooo8321 Hopefully they'll get rid of Disney somehow. KH would be way cooler without it, and honestly, all the original KH fanbase has already outgrown the Disney-part years ago.

@@lumberluc Or it's a way to introduce Lightning and her crew to Kingdom Hearts...plus, one can imagine that particular Shibuya to be part of *A* Marvel Universe (the Reaper's Game involved through some paradox).
I have some questions about this ending. Who was Yozora's driver who has the same voice actor as Luxord? Yozora is referred to as commander by his driver, but what is he the commander of? Who were his other two friends as well as the woman dressed as a bride during the Verum Rex commercial?
Yozora is supposedly from Quadratum and that's where Kingdom Hearts IV is set. Maybe we'll see more of Zack from Suite Life of Zack and Cody more in the next game. Hopefully he's playable, his style looks fun to use.
I like how the DLC is called “Remind” but when you lose to yozora, like majority of people even myself.. yozora says “never mind” right before fading off. Lol Just like a dream. Which makes sense. End of the day yozora is nomoras dream game. It’s his oath to save that dream and manifest it
Pretty sure EVERYONE loses to him the first time, unless they've watched the fight before and know how to do it. You don't just beat a boss on this level completely blind.
I noticed the good ending has the exact same music in verses xiii, the bad ending has an alternate theme of the same song but it kicks in softer and more near the end of the cut scene
Didn’t Soras original dive to heart happen in a dream and then he woke up on the beach? When the fight begins with Yozora it’s a dive to heart stained glass. Yozora says he faced trials.. is it Yozoras dive to heart... Yozora is also shown waking up in both endings just like Sora in KH.
...Can people not get mad that we dont get all the answers in a DLC?... You knew this was going to happen. Nomura wants to continue and try to bring with it more worlds and more possibilities. And the fact we got this?? THIS?! LOOK AT YOZORA! LOOK AT HIS FACE. THAT BOY IS GORGEOUS. And that HAS to be Luxord driving the car... the whole point of Re:mind was to literally kinda "remind" you what was happening behind it all. I honestly thought it was good. I'll wait as long as it takes to get another game from SE... I'm waiting to see if we get more of the TWEWY characters or where it's going from here. I'm happy with more to discover ahead.
Maybe it is like in the FF13 Versus Trailer. Noctis says "There are Things I "know" and I have no idea how", maybe this is referring to his weird thoughts. Maybe he forgets everything when he is back in his world again but deep down knows it - if that makes sense lol Some Caption is also written in the Trailer "Eyes that see the light of expiring souls", maybe his goal is it to save peoples souls? That is why he was there to help Sora. It is really interesting indeed and the Driver really sounds and looks like Luxord. I am excited to see what Nomura is creating with them.
I remember seeing the game trailer a long time ago with this man face on it and believe it or not it was final fantasy I remember those red and blue eyes like it wasn't nothing in that same outfit or maybe I'm tripping. maybe I am
This exact car scene is actually from the 2011 trailer for Vs XIII. Nomura was kicked off the project and it became FFXV, an entirely different game, just with the character designs from Nomura’s vs XIII. He was clearly very upset and I think he’s trying to tell us he’s going to make Vs XIII weather SquareEnix wants him to or not.
It was FFXIII versus. There was a few trailers for the game actually, which was basically a much looking darker version of FFXV. There's even footage of Noctis and Stella talking and I think some battle footage too. This was all teased before they redid it to FFXV.
9 years after the 2011 Final Fantasy Versus XIII trailer, we are still getting teases for this unreleased game, and it isn't even in that same series anymore. The whole Versus XIII / XV ordeal is still so infuriating to me, lol.
FINAL WORLD Nameless star: So I choose to wait here, where he can find me 2:27 :D In a moment of the story, the Yozora's heart was changed by another heart (the nameless star said that), and maybe that heart has a bind with Sora's heart
Not sure if this is some obvious thing that everyone else noticed without feeling the need to point it out, but nonetheless I will just in case. The two endings reverse who says what line in the monologue. Couple that with one or the other ending up in TFW and it's some big indicating of their roles being reversible.
hear me out boys. what if sora's heart found yozora and now we get a fuggin' yozora kh title which sees him helpin out the boy? sounds like this fan's wet dream. I wouldn't prefer it over sora playing the reapers game in shibuya, but lets do the damn thang
Here’s what seems likely: we’ll get a Yozora origin game (Verum Rex/Versus XIII part 1, maybe) with the Sora vs Yozora fight being the secret fight through Yozora’s eyes, followed by a game that helps connect Sora and Yozora (Verum Rex/Versus XIII part 1), and sets up the next game (Kingdom Hearts 4), which is the showdown with the Foretellers, Luxu, and the Master of Masters. Just my speculation.
I had thought of a theory for possibly Luxord being the passenger, maybe that wild card he gave Sora was a “way out” for his price of learning power of waking, so he could take Sora’s place in return 😊 what got me thinking was after defeating Luxord, he mentions they could play “one game” together when they meet again! Maybe that game is the world they’re in! :D
We’re playing as Yozora the next game. When Sora and Yozora start saying “I’ve been having these weird thoughts lately, if any of this real or not” its like we’re transitioning from Sora to Yozora, remember Sora said he will go alone this time to look for kairy so that means no Disney Worlds until Sora comes back, so it only makes sense we will play as Him, or atleast there will be a game of his story, or we will probably just have a new game about Quadratum going back and forth with Sora and Riku or even as Yozora like in BBS, it makes so much sense to be like that since the story is now focused on them three.
i’m interested to see what the backstory of MoM was supposed to be before Nomura decided to add Yozora in, because i feel like the whole Yozora thing was only “added” to the story, and wasn’t a part of the original intentions of Numora’s story of MoM
@@zemom.a.8171 yeah bro me too, i was hyped back then for vs13 when the trailers came out, like it was so different and the characters so cool. I was confused, i tried to watch the walkthrough game but nah, i wanted vs13 version of noctis being badass killing Soldiers than monsters, use robots and battle in the city
All I can think about, and maybe it means nothing, but in the version where Sora wins, he's the one that starts the dialogue the two of them share in the car, but in the version where Yozora wins, he starts the dialogue they share. Thoughts? Y'all think it means anything, or do you think it's unimportant?
i think sora is yozora in the 'unreality' or 'mirror reality'. yozora is the night sky mirroring soras day sky. in the ending where sora wins, sora wakes up in the car, that's why he's looking confused with luxord there. the voice of sora comes first to show that sora is in control. whereas in the ending where yozora wins he looks disappointed, because he's back in his world and couldnt save sora. yozora is in control there.

In the end we see Yozora wake up and Sora return to The Final World.
Yozora's reality
-------
Also Yozora's universe could exist in an entirely different reality than that of Sora's, but still function the same.
How does Yozora know Sora?
-------
So where have Yozora heard Sora's name before?
Well there's two possibilities:
1) The Master of Masters
or
2) His driver which could be Luxord (looks the same and has the same voice in EN and JP)
Endings canon or not?
-------
Now the two endings could actually be the same ones just a tiny bit different, see even though Sora turns to crystal in the bad ending, it could mean that he just returns to The Final World like he does in the Good ending.
Tia Kreiss I really hope that’s true because I flat out traumatized by the bad ending

"I've been having these weird thoughts lately, like is any of this for real or not?"
Book-end
Ok, I figured it out. Sora is trapped in the realm or world of dreams. Yozora's power is the power to travel into this world of dreams and can also travel into or through people's dreams. To save sora, yozora and riku will combine Yozora's power to travel through dreams with riku's power of waking (the power to wake sleeping hearts) to save sora.
Well, that makes sense, but why Yozora fights Sora then?
@@mattiasaietti9288 because his power involves turning sora into a crystal and possible traveling through sora's dreams. To do that, he probably has to subdue sora first. Kind of like how you have to weaken pokemon first before you catch them.
@@AAbattery444 isnt a crystal a time portal?

You forgot the third ending.
Yazora punts Sora so hard he falls into the Smash universe
I cant wait to see Mario in KH4
Then as soon as he gets to Smash he sees Sephiroth and is thorn between "Not again!" and "At least this one I can deal with."

When I saw this, I was laughing my ass off! If only because this ending seemed to imply that all of Sora's adventures were all just Yozora's dream- like it was all just a prequel for Verum Rex/Versus XIII.
Nomura's an honorless psychopath, and I **LOVE** him!!
Where the hell did you get that from? Sora and Yozora are 2 different people!

Same hair in the back and front, same silhouette, same voice.
Well, to prove my claim I asked Luxord's voice actor this:
Hey, Mr.
*"IM GETTING MY FF VERSUS 13 WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT"* - Tetsuya Nomura
I literally felt nostalgia w/ that car scene
Here I thought Mary Poppins was gonna be the secret boss.
The crystalization reminds me of the time I played FF Type-0
It feels like everything is connected in a way, damn Nomura you just want to make your OC's fight each other didn't you!
Chirity's in on it too, probably, maybe....
I got more of an FF XIII vibe (haven't played Type-0, though I believe it's still considered part of FF XIII lore. E.g. there's Fal'Cie in it)
Sora becoming crystal is like what happened to Serah, or Fang and Vanielle.
I swear everytime i hear Yozora speaking Soras Quote I get freakin Goosebumps. Its so good
This is honestly really cool of them to make 2 endings. Better than dying and not getting anything.
Agreed, FF and KH always have these crazy cool concepts that you rarely see in other games
@Ferninator Writer and Gamer Nomura's way of writing is genius at times. At times...
@@kei7540 It's the concepts and FF elements that have me hooked. And I can't forget Utada and Shimomura's iconic music. When done right, it's some of the best story telling I've ever seen. Feels like a Japanese JRPG with twists after twists.

3:10 makes me tear up every time
1:11 so much nostalgia hearing this
I like how the DLC is called “Remind” but when you lose to yozora, like majority of people even myself.. yozora says “never mind” right before fading off. Lol
Just like a dream.
Which makes sense. End of the day yozora is nomoras dream game. It’s his oath to save that dream and manifest it
Pretty sure EVERYONE loses to him the first time, unless they've watched the fight before and know how to do it.
You don't just beat a boss on this level completely blind.
That ending is hard son I thought we would get reconnect but nah son an oath to return
So we play Yozora's version of Darkside.
Commander..
Impressive is it NOCT?
Wow, when I said I wanted Noctis in KH3, I didn't expect...THIS.
But .......AWESOME!
when sora said "I've been..." my nostalgia hit so hard

...Can people not get mad that we dont get all the answers in a DLC?...
Sora and yozora are the same person. One sky, one destiny. Different times
Good Ending
This is for you, fans of Sora. After Yozora's departure, consider that Sora is sent to Smash Bros
Omg. yozora is so beautiful! Make Verum Rex a game! Now!
Yeah
Fans have to demand it.
And verum rex is owned by square enix, not disney,so this should be,like vs13,a more mature game
I remember seeing the game trailer a long time ago with this man face on it and believe it or not it was final fantasy I remember those red and blue eyes like it wasn't nothing in that same outfit or maybe I'm tripping. maybe I am
Yup, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, this is heavily based on the original game concept before it was reworked into FFXV.

The two endings reverse who says what line in the monologue. Couple that with one or the other ending up in TFW and it's some big indicating of their roles being reversible.

sounds like this fan's wet dream.
What is the ost at 2:07
I had thought of a theory for possibly Luxord being the passenger, maybe that wild card he gave Sora was a “way out” for his price of learning power of waking, so he could take Sora’s place in return 😊 what got me thinking was after defeating Luxord, he mentions they could play “one game” together when they meet again! Maybe that game is the world they’re in! :D
Of course. Of COURSE Luxord is from Yozora's world.
It's a game.
Liam White wow... didn’t think of that lol
I hope we are gonna see more and maybe play yozora.
I'm crying more than when I got the copy of kh3
We’re playing as Yozora the next game. When Sora and Yozora start saying “I’ve been having these weird thoughts lately, if any of this real or not” its like we’re transitioning from Sora to Yozora, remember Sora said he will go alone this time to look for kairy so that means no Disney Worlds until Sora comes back, so it only makes sense we will play as Him, or atleast there will be a game of his story, or we will probably just have a new game about Quadratum going back and forth with Sora and Riku or even as Yozora like in BBS, it makes so much sense to be like that since the story is now focused on them three.
i’m interested to see what the backstory of MoM was supposed to be before Nomura decided to add Yozora in, because i feel like the whole Yozora thing was only “added” to the story, and wasn’t a part of the original intentions of Numora’s story of MoM
guess we will have to wait...AGAIN to finally understand this, god KH and sense don’t go along, do they?
What ost plays 1:02?
So Versus XIII lives... sort of...
Yeah sort of
Its been reincarnated into verum rex
I like this style I wish they did all cut scenes in the game with this level of realism.
I don’t care what people say. After finally beating Yozora on Critical mode, I’m just super excited for where they take this series going forward
I would 100% give all of my money to a game where I could play as Yozora
I'd give that much money to a verum rex game that features everything vs13
@@zemom.a.8171 yeah bro me too, i was hyped back then for vs13 when the trailers came out, like it was so different and the characters so cool. I just fucking realized the guy in the front seat IS FUCKING LUXORD
I really hope that's Luxord who's driving, I want to see him as a permanent ally for Yozora
Sora turning to crystal is like FFXIII when a l'Cie completes their Focus
Noctis: Do I need to get my lawyer?
Holy shit what?? Dylan Sprouse voices this guy?!?!
