Yes! Rock on. It's now my second summer in the sun (not counting childhood) with your guidance, and I've built a lovely tan sprinkled with my usual freckles, amazing pockets of magical melanin!
Carrie, I really appreciate your brilliance and ability to communicate with clarity! Your depth of knowledge and way of connecting the dots is also notable
Hi Carrie, Do you have any inspiration to make a small video about the link to what you teach and gray hair reversal? I have had a lot of people wondering about this, partly because they are going grey younger and are wondering if may be pointing toward a greater underlying health issue.
I m starting this C rhythm thing. And earthing about 2 weeks ago. Not much impact on me yet but I notice my dog has yellow patches growing on her. Her sister is black. But she came out white with black dots to start with. So I m not sure the sun or earthing start to bring out her true color.
@@Farawaylander yes we had about three days of cloud and rain and I could totally feel the difference but yes, I was losing my tan even more than I was talking to my daughter and I think we figured it out. I started using a hormone troche it has affected my melanin. I just threw them in the trash now.
Unless you have albinism, your skin is still making plenty of melanin. I know, because I'm fair skinned, too, but have built up a solar callus and nice tan with Carrie's guidance for safe early morning sun exposure.
@@marthastettinius1780 That's awesome. I thought white skin was a mutation of sorts since mankind developed and thrived along equatorial regions of the world.

Great informa as usual! What are your thoughts on Sun beds in the winter?
Check out my Circadian Starter Kit. I believe this is answered in the FAQ you get in the first email: carriebwellness.com/start
@@carriebwellness Brilliant! Thank you 🙏🏻
@@carriebwellness Just had a look at the FAQs and didn’t see anything on sun beds?

I have been doing this for almost 2 years. I’ve noticed the last few weeks that my tan is disappearing rapidly. How is this possible?
I’ve been experiencing the same thing! If it’s cloudy and rainy for a few days, tan half gone!

Well I'm kinda pissed my skin is acting as a reflector as opposed to a absorber.

£94! For this book in UK!
I think I spent $150 on it, so it's definitely an investment!
Wait......so you mean my white skin is reflecting the light I need to split water molecules? I'm feeling very disadvantaged right now.

No, we just got less sun living further away from the equator. As Martha says, you'll be fine-nature builds in everything you need.
@@carriebwellness Thanks!
