Awesome video.. I like the way you speak animated, fast, you don't ramble and you make it understandable. Thank you.
I bought grounding sheets and a mat, I think it was about 15 years ago.. I can't remember where I heard about grounding a documentary maybe. Then I read the book.. I did it for awhile then stopped. I didn't notice a big change. But I think I was so inflamed and did not apply the sunlight and other things you have mentioned. I dug it all back out.. For when I'm inside.. I've been trying to stay outside more though..My neighbors probably think I'm nuts sitting on the sidewalk watching your videos. I live in Florida and fire ants always get me in the lawn. I grew up in northern Michigan and only wore shoes in the winter there. But here you have to. Horrendous fire ants and sand spurs. But at least I get better sun here lol.

This is the piece of information that I have been missing and not understanding about grounding. Thank you for putting this out. This is so useful to understand what grounding actually does and what the electron game is all about.

The main benefit of grounding is to build EZ water. Gerald Pollack has shown that blood circulation is assisted by EZ water, it partially powers blood flow. Hours after a mouse has died, blood continue to flow, but at a lower rate. To prove this, he immersed a Nafion tube in water and witnessed a spontaneous and permanent flow of water. (which is ultimately powered by ambient radiant energy). Building more EZ water assists blood flow and reduces blood pressure.

Yes! Great addition. Thank you! In my podcast with Jerry we discuss blood flow so you may like thst episode. I also discuss EZ Water more in my latest 2 podcasts if you are interested!

Thanks for the info. Based on what you're saying there is Just one thing I would add is that these so called radicals are really an excess of positive charges that causes inflammation. Therefore the idea of grounding to get an influx of electrons as you say to calm things down,
is basically a donation of electrons to neutralize the charge by the pairing of electrons with excess protons. That is the way I see it at
    least.Thanks again for the video.

Have you tried earth runners? I have been wearing them for several years. I had a hard time reaching Harmony 783. Are they usable ,when up north, when there is snow , ice and what have you found practical in a norhtern zone?
So if you exercise outside doing strength training or stretches, then instead of a foam mat to stand on, it sounds like we should use a wet towel or sheet, which I never thought of.that.
on a video of yours from 11/18/22, I made a note that if we have mold illness, grounding was critical because mold prevents the cells from holding water..Since I t read that wet sand is the best grounding source and the ocean is the cleanest, { my local lake beach has alot of algae and slimy stuff, since the water levels has decreased so much over the years]but the ocean areas are high humidity locations, which are not healing locations for mold ridden folks,, where do you suggest a a CIRS client w/ mold illness live of move to? I never heard a satisfying answer to this from J.Kruse from other mold sufferers, as far as moving to Florida, which is considered the number 1 state in the US for water damaged buildiing claims?
    Thanks again for great presentation!

      Hi, Marilynn!
This is Brandi on Carrie's team.
      1. Yes, she has tried EarthRunners. They're recommended in her free recommended product guide: www.carriebwellness.com/start
      2. Yes on the mat vs. towel, etc. Or, better yet, just the earth itself :)
      3. From my knowledge of how Carrie would respond to your mold question, I think her answer would, probably not to your satisfaction, be "Wherever works for you." Choosing where you live is a complicated decision to make, based on a lot of factors. Of course, being near water and in places with high humidity are complicating factors for people who already have mold toxicity/mold issues. But there are also many other benefits to living in those areas. If you're currently in a state that can't tolerate that amount of moisture, there ARE other places in the world that get high heat, low humidity, are at a lower latitude, etc. (think Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, etc.-areas with high desert). You're not getting the water benefits, but you get other benefits there, as well. Portugal is also quite sunny and also has great water/beach access, and perhaps might not have as many interior mold issues. Basically-nowhere is perfect. And the goal isn't perfection, it's resilience. Improve your environment as much as you can and your body can better cope with mold or other toxins, etc.

If your outlets are grounded, they will work. You can use an inexpensive outlet tester to verify, like here: intuition-physician.myshopify.com/collections/grounding/products/outlet-tester-to-ensure-proper-grounding
Also only recommend Intuition Physician indoor grounding products as Laura is the only person I know that creates grounding products that a) actually work, and b) take dirty electricity and other factors like nnEMFs into account, like here: intuition-physician.myshopify.com/collections/grounding/products/grounding-cord

    What do you eat?

    • @carriebwellness
      @carriebwellness  ปีที่แล้ว +1

I don't talk about this much, mostly because I recommend you follow mostly what's local and seasonal to you. Food is light, which means food is data-it carries a light code that also tells your body what time of day it is. Local and seasonal eating also has a lot to do with managing deuterium levels. So, it's too complicated an answer to give here, but if you follow my Instagram, I have several posts that talk about local/seasonal eating, deuterium, and what food has to do with light!

Her view is that her diet might not apply to others. Or at least only applies to people living in the US Midwest or similar region. The diet she follows, as she has mentioned elsewhere, is low-carb. But I suppose she might eat more carbs when wild fruits are in season.
Seasonality would even apply to warmer climes. The African Hadza near the equator only have fruit and honey available during a short wet season that only lasts 2-3 months. No human should be regularly eating lots of carbs year round.
So, even if we can't say what everyone should be eating, we can definitely say what people shouldn't be doing. As another example, everyone should include sufficient nutrient-dense fatty animal foods. This was the staple of the human diet until modern industrialization.
