Good job , i cant believe those substrate was 250 kg and it took just so small space at the corner of the incubation room . I am looking forward to see this be transported to the fruiting room . Thanks 🙏
Great job, I am fitting out my shipping container in Tapu, NZ gluing Panels to the steel with contact glue. Its good to hear the stats on efficiency and heat. I will take particular care and extra time to seal everything. Your info is very valuable. Hence the patreon subscription too. Good to see a special appearance from trusty dirty ol "Red Bands" galoshes instead of evil crocs. lol
A "Wheelie Trolley"!? LOL I'm glad we just have "Rolling Carts" in America! 😅 All jokes aside, looks like a great setup you have their man, I wish you the best of luck with your business. 🙏
Thanks for the updates, you are spreading that inspiration! May I ask why you decided on two fruiting rooms instead of one large fruiting room? I'm weighing this decision up at the moment. Seems like lots of new medium-scale growers are opting for one large room, where two rooms do give the option of fruiting different species at different temperatures. Then again, two rooms do add complexity if one is regulating to distinct environments with their own controls, sensors, humidifiers, coolers/heaters, ducts etc. Would be interested to hear your thoughts on this
Very impressive, the farm has been well thought through and flows really well I did find the bags you are now using, think I'm going to give them a try, can I ask what codes you are using for grain and substrate before I place an order. Thanks, Ian
Ive been always curious - so how people actually decide to make a farm? Do you find someone who you will be selling them before hand or how does it work? For me now its a pretty interesting hobby but who knows what might happen in the future. Im pretty sure this industry should go through the roof in some years.
Its easy to over think. Have a look in your area, are there small mushroom farms in existence? If not then there's probably room for one. People always need to eat.
@@OakandSpore fair enough. Have you ever thought of making tinctures also with double extracting mushrooms like lions mane, reishi? All those amazing health benefits locked inside them..
Incredible. Might I ask how you are financing all of this? I have watched you vids for a while now, and it seems like you went from learning/home based to a huge step up into full-on commercial very quickly. Congrats! Very jealous!
I owned a rental home, sold it and put 100k towards the business build. To be really profitable you need volume, hence why I am trying to 10x production.
Man it's so amazing to see you closing in on this awesome project, putting your heart, soul and wallet in it. How much do you expect to produce a week/month running at full capacity? I am also deliberating on installing a heat exchanger, which kind of a device are you using?
Legend! maybe one day we"ll have a mushroom growing apprenticeship in NZ but it probably wont happen until we reduce our sheep and cow numbers.... or the world ends. anyway thanks for the effort
Awesome set up mate, really appreciate your channel too, your doing a great job, I've just brought a similar impulse sealer and am having trouble dialing in the settings, what setting do you run yours on?
I get my from an online store his got shroom, psychedelic and microdosing products well refined also ships to anywhere discreetly, can also guide you on anything.
Great to see you doing well my friend. Greetz from Germany

My regards from Germany
Happy to hear that!
you are my inspiration man, big hug from argentina!
Thanks mate! I'de love to visit Agrentina someday.
If your incubation room will be humid perhaps you should put safety plug covers in to prevent dampness in your plug holes
Very nice setup. Thanks for showing us around.
My pleasure.
Absolutely love the systems. Turning dreams into reality
Getting there slowly!
Happy for you
SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! It looks great! - Dan

Ide recommended a pallet jack for loading those blocks

I am going to fit quite a few bags in there!

Farm is coming together nicely . looks really professional !

Looking good. Nice setup
Amazing, hard work and focus on point. Congrats. Looking forward to seeing your farm up and running. Cheers!
Thank you!
Love ur work mate
Much appreciated
Cheers from the US! Nice fungi grow house! What are the walls made out of in the new Lab?
Your kicking ass man!
Thanks mate!
Congrats!!!!
Could you do a detailed video on your hvac and ventilation system when it's finished please.
Of course!
Awesome setup man! Really looks amazing 👏
Thanks mate!
Congrats man, it's looking great!
+1 for the beers. -1 for the lack of croc representation.
I do apologize. I will make sure my crocs feature in the next video.
I second this. The anticipation of whether or not I'll see crocs in your videos is killing me
Very very nice you system 👍👍👍👍👍
I am from Bangladesh
great work. thanks for all the details. may we know how much you've spent all in all?
😍😍😍 magnificent!!!!
Do you have a link to the autoclave you bought from China? Would greatly appreciate - your videos are always entertaining - welldone on the new setup
How to I see a drawn layout of this whole setup? This is brilliant!
Thanks for the updates, you are spreading that inspiration!

Mainly cleaning. If you want to clean a single room, every thing have to come out. That's hard if there are blocks fruiting.
Very impressive, the farm has been well thought through and flows really well

How come the main air conditioner is in its own separate detached room ?
Hey mate, what’s size bags are you running for you oysters?
Great video, can you do a video of your new autoclave?
I have done an unboxing one about it. Check my previous videos.

We are wining for around 350kg per week. In using air to water heat exchangers.
Looks amazing so far! When you are fully up and running what kind of monthly profit would you be expecting to get from a set up this size?

Great job mate.
What is the substrate steralizer you showed briefly, any info available on it?
Cheers
I have some videos about it, and I also sell the blueprint to manufacture the steamer body on my website.
Riveting content! 😉
So riveting... so so so much riveting...
Awesome set up mate, really appreciate your channel too, your doing a great job, I've just brought a similar impulse sealer and am having trouble dialing in the settings, what setting do you run yours on?
I don tknow, like medium? If you get a good quality on it shouldn't matter too much.
Hi ! That's an amazing work ! it looks massive actually, how much space the all setup is taking in sq meters would you say ?
200m2 indoors, 150m2 outdoor substrate area.
Awesome video man! Do you use 20 or 10lb substrate bags?
5.5kg
What kind of boiler is that one?
show me your steamerrrr! Go big or go home yeah?? nice!
Why did I get the notification for this video 18 hours after it was uploaded?
Let's be honest, Google/youtube probably has your account flagged as something questionable...
@@OakandSpore where to I sign up for the agenda? I need my Oak and Spore content immediately. This is not acceptable.
What did you make the lab wall out of? Did you build them yourselves and would you recommend the material for smaller growers?
His on Instagrams, with also telegrams with,,
Do you humidify your incubation room?
Taking shape! How are you going to get the CO2 out of the incubation?
I usually don't even bother.
What are the dimensions of your wire racks? Just trying to figure out how many 10lb blocks I can expect to fit on my racks :)
The length varies, but they are all 450 deep and 1800 tall
What type of wall treatment is that on all of your walls?
They are an inulated pre fabricated panel.
What are those wall panel calls? I had it in mind but not sure if it is the same material. How much it cost and you ordered it from China also?
They are from a company called Bondor. Although I cannot recommend this company as they made multiple mistakes.
Thank you! Do you mind if I ask how much they cost per sf? And how you seal the space between panel and the floor?
All that energy cost for oyster mushrooms?

what are the bags you use from China? looking for a cheaper option than unicorn
I find them better than unicorn.
@@OakandSpore Could you point me in the right direction for buying them? thanks for the response and the videos!
