The Power Metal album has some amazing guitar work but it's so close to the glam metal sound they were trying to get away from that they try not to claim it. Cowboys from hell is widely considered their debut but Power Metal is really the beginning with Phil.
I thumbs up'd ur comment but... Have you ever LISTENED to Power Metal?! It's one of the best METAL albums of all time, no matter what they look like, arguably Pantera's best album.
