Athletic training is the best type of training for you by farrrrrr. I started off with the bodybuilding...then moved to the powerlifting.... now all I do is calisthenics along with different types of weighted exercises that improve functional strength and mobility. People don't understand that it's not totally all about weights.. you need to be well rounded in other things too. Props to you for making the switch.

Women that train to be body builders sometimes go for the testosterone or steroids to get bigger ( lazy way ) but always a bad idea. You can also tell when a women is using testosterone or steroids there face features change into more male features. Dana doesn't have that she's beautiful. When you work hard at something you will always achieve your goal.
I tore my MCL a little and instead of surgery I worked up to 135 x 100 x3 sets. twice a week. My quads blew up and I started run-in faster too! THIS IS AWESOME AND HARD. Keep it up!!!!
I like this workout, wish I could find an athletic training coach near me.. Also started following the rastarunner a few weeks ago from watching Robs video and his hip mobility exercises are already helping me out..The man is a genius!

What I get out of your videos are great tips and ideas of what I might add to my workout (being 62 years old and all). I really enjoy watching you and Rob, you guys are so good to and for each other, you understand each other, you support each other, you two are "you." I love watching the two of you and how you work and communicate...Dana the little dynamite and Rob the "gentle giant." Thanks to both of you. BTW, I'm enjoying my FNF clothes...got my first order, wore the items, went back and ordered two more items. PS This looked like one hell of a workout, in a different way for sure!

I like kickboxing HIIT workouts, like 9Round. It's good to have an environment or a coach to keep you pushing yourself, and a time limit to keep your cardio up. I still like weight training days separate though, even though well planned HIIT is a great WO on its own.
The intensity is too real in every workout session for D.L.B. Not to be inspiring. G.O.A.T.!!!! 🐐. It'd be awesome to watch her and Rob do a timed circuit and loser has to do something insane lol 👍👍
Ha! Love the Billy Madison reference😂 That workout was legit turned up to 11🔥 I’m so out of shape right now, I don’t think I’d get through a quarter of it before dying! Wish I had coach to push me like that & empower my training, or ya know a gym at all right now. Awesome work, keep bring it girl💪
Basically you can do this type of exercises outdoor, just search in your area if you have parks with calisthenics equipment that you can use, if you have mountain bike do a few miles to warm up, mixed with running, buy some resistance bands, jump rope on amazon or at Marshalls and search here on youtube some of Dana videos like this one th-cam.com/video/EK_WiZbM528/w-d-xo.html or go to her website she have tons of workout sessions there to take some ideas so you can use as inspiration.
