The biggest reason why I love Robert's videos is that unlike 75% of beauty TH-camrs nowadays, he speaks very clearly and calmly without shouting and exaggerating everything and he doesn't use excess editing or background music. Just pure, honest professionalism. Mad respect. ✌🏻

Idea for another video: half of the face instagram makeup, full coverage foundation, bold eyelashes, gigantic eyeliner, overlined lips etc, and the other half a red carpet look, with the techniques you actually love like light foundation, fluffy brows, natural glow and stuff

I used to get so annoyed when sephora/make-up store employees would freak-out when I told them that I don't use powder. The fact that it would make my eczema prone and generally super dry skin look bad was baffling to them. They'd always ask me "but how do you keep your face from getting oily during the day?" Like FAM MY FACE DOES NOT GET OILY DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT 'DRY' MEANS??????
at the end I was like "but it looks fine!" and then he turned the ring light off and I was like "oh..."
You’re literally the reason that I stopped baking, and using a bunch of concealer. Honestly, your channel has been an actual godsend😪. It changed how I do most of my makeup. 😂
I find it so interesting when you talk about Fashion Week and how eight minutes is a good amount of time to do the model's makeup, but then there are tons of challenges like "Doing My Makeup in 5 Minutes" where the person is freaking out because it takes him/her like twenty minutes just to do his/her brows. I think it would be awesome to see you do a video where you time it and show what you do when you only have a limited time to do a look while still looking good.
When I have kids imma tell them that this was huda beauty.
I love when Robert leaves his scar alone. I have a large, visible scar on my cheekbone (right where one would typically put hilighter) and it makes me remember that scars are normal and don’t look bad. They just make you look like a normal, unique human being.
I just realized how much instagram has brainwashed my idea of applying makeup with this single video. No wonder my skin had so much texture, I had been doing it all wrong 💀

A technique I hate is when people “carve out” their brows above the brow with their far too light concealer they use under their eyes. So it just looks white above their eyebrows and doesn’t blend into their foundation at all. Another “trend” is the severely overly contoured nose that makes the person look like they have a pointy witches nose 🤭
