I think the worst thing about being an adult too is when you realize that it really doesnt have to be like this. People are so stuck in their ways, and most social norms, rules and routines are just shit we made up. And people are so quick to judge too. The richest of the rich doesnt have to keep up with any of this either, they do whatever they want. I used to feel broken, but in a way we all are, cuz we are really not living in touch with ourselves… Its just most people dont realize, and judge instead of reaching out to their fellow people for community and support…
FAx. But all this comes down to the printed paper that the government prints that we have to Chase to live.. but if we print it we go to jail. 😂 shit wild ashell 😂
Ugh I’m really struggling with thisssss! It’s so hard to have hope sometimes when everything seems to contradict that. And so much of the shitty aspects of life are problems and constructs that were artificially created. It’s so fucking sad :(

Some of my favorite adults knew how to dress the part without concealing their identity and imperfections. I think that’s why they were so fun to be around.

I would say… try to have fun as much as you can. Go dancing, audition for things that interest you.. like I’ve personally always wanted to be on a game show and win big money. Life is definitely hard so try to have fun if possible.
everyone in this society lies. Even you and I, lie on a daily basis (not to go homeless or hungry). The best thing you can be is the best at is being yourself. F*** being a good adult. Half of them don’t know how to heal from trauma anyways. I would rather be the best at being myself, than striving to be the best adult (or “worker”). That being said, becoming financially literate at a young age was the best; because a lot of Adults are just bitter when they see successful young people (and envy their level of freedom, and therefore just wanna control them with trauma and irrelevant ideas). Balance is key for everything, so just make sure you have an idea of temperance. It’s important to moderate ourselves, but also we should have fun too. :)
also, i had the same fear (im gay af) and i felt like i let myself down as a child (because i wasn’t letting go of the pain people made me feel when they spoke about my being queer as inferior). I don’t feel like this anymore. I know that all the success I have now, is because I was the best at being myself when I was younger. I’m definitely not perfect, but I don’t think I let myself down at all. I’m just walking the path, like so many others.
I don't mean to ruin your day, but me turning 34 this month...4:47 it doesn't get easier. It's just a consistent climb and you figuring out how to maneuver through the bs
