I hope the same for gluten free food. We need healthier foods and wheat is not a good option to consume allot of. It has the same effect on humans as it has on ducks! (As in, ruins the digestive system.) I'd love to see more coconut flour cakes, almond flour cakes or even a carrot cake without flour but instead made with carrots as the flour! It would be awesome if gluten free bread also became available in bakeries because in my area, it is not available easily. I pray the same thing for vegan food. It would be great 😄❤
