They Voted on removing him from the chairman, not CEO, it was only to effectively reduce his complete control of the company as the chairman is supposed to be the representative of investors.
At this point though I think it's safe to say it wasn't even close as there was no media coverage after the start of the vote.
Elon Musk is the driving Force behind all 4 of his companies and without him, they would struggle a lot more, that combined with a ton of shared assets between the companies makes them a lot more robust in this market. I think it's important to remember none of these companies advertise, Elon is the one making people buy Cars, Flamethrowers, Hats, Rockets, and tunnels. Plus it's almost impossible to remove him from his CEO and/or chairman position in all of them.

If you know about business you know about cost (selling price - production cost - selling cost = what you get)
It's often surprising how big the selling cost are for major company. They put a lot of money for us to know their brand. But Elon's company don't need that. That's a huge advantage!

Or most of the larger media companies know that they have been pushing news and opinions without accountability, and that by creating a check for them will ruin their credibility... and ultimately profits.
Its funny since Pravda is a Soviet era newspaper agency that was notoriously biased. Not sure if Pravda is still as heavily biased now but it was back in the day since it was state controlled. Here in the West, the news is controlled by big businesses instead.

I don't particularly like Tesla's business practices of trying to turn vehicle ownership into a service. But I have a lot of respect for the man and what he is trying to do with space travel. Discoveries and innovations up there, make us all better off down here. Although his recent actions really diminish that respect.

I'm assuming it was a script edit or some other revision and original was that the budget was 50% of the offered price, still bit of a facepalm
Mixed Methods is spot on: originally I had written "but Elon could barely afford 50% of that to remain on budget". I actually improvise a lot during the recording and I record every most lines in several different ways, this mistake kinda just slipped my mind when assembling the voiceover :/
Business Casual While you're here, around 2:55 you say that its a "fraction of the price" but on screen text shows up 10% - is that intentional? If I recall correctly spacex should be a lot cheaper than 10%, and I think most wouldn't describe 10% as a fraction?
The 10% shown on that screen is for that specific circuitry component. I couldn't find reliable averages from SpaceX's early days on all components (basically most sources also vaguely say "a fraction of the cost"), so I decided to roll with that phrase and then show the specific number I had for the circuitry.
