Please note this is entirely subjective and my personal opinion. I love all of the decks I purchase and this is just a fun way to rate them!!
Developing a rating system for decks as they come in is a great idea. Maybe more stars per category? I’m not sure, but for the Morrigan Guidebook to have the same guidebook rating as the chicken and Sybil decks didn’t feel accurate. I’m trying to think how to do this more accurately and off the top of my head I can’t. When a deck is specifically geared to a particular topic is it fair or accurate to dock it for not being inclusive? Hmmmmm🤔🤔🤔 not sure. These comments aren’t meant as criticisms, I’m just sort of thinking out loud. Do you need to have categories of decks within the rating system? That way you avoid comparing apples to oranges. I enjoyed hearing your thoughts and I applaud you for rating inclusivity! That is a real important one! But so is shuffleability!!!! Are they equally important? I mean I guess so because when a deck is difficult to shuffle I don’t tend to use it as much. You’ve given me so much to think about in this video!!!! Last year I started a system to track what decks I use over the course of the year…… At the end of the year that could be something to rate as well. Damn, this can get pretty complicated and complex!!! Maybe it’s better to keep it simple!!! Thanks for sharing your idea.
@@weststartarot-Liz you sound exactly like my inner monologue while filming the video!! I started out thinking it was clear but then as I went on, I too was like “is this fair?” But then I remembered that I love all my decks and this is just for fun! I was even thinking about giving a bonus star to a deck for something cause like you said call of the Morrigan deserved more for being so well executed and knowledgeable.
