Just from messing around for 30-45 minutes on my 49 mage that was already doing the ZF GY Farm + Scarab pull separately Looks like the scarabs will reset if you don't make the scale the witch doctor's platform thing pretty quickly. I missed the jump onto the higher level 1-2 times and they would always reset on me. Melee leeway is a pain The jump into the scarab room after you've opened all the graves is a pain. Probably would get more consistent with practice The first jump onto the platform (after you pull scarabs) seems pretty consistent. Made it 3 out of 3 times Overall it seems like this would save 3-4 minutes a reset for a 45+ mage instead of doing the pulls separately . Personally I don't think this is worth it for me since I'm comfortably at 4 resets an hour and i'm not sure if learning this would make me hit 5 either (I have a habit of texting or bsing in discord in-between resets anyway) As always appreciate your efforts sir!

If you're like me and were already doing the GY farm when this video came out - it took me about 2 hours total and about 6-7 deaths to get this consistent. At 51 I'm doing about 15 minute clears (including looting and running back out to reset) - I honestly just stopped trying to do the wall jump into the scarab room. It's much easier to just jump over the wall then jump into the hallway leading to the scarab room instead. then either sheep the patrol in there or reset real quick once you get into the scarab room. (you'll most likely have to wait for Theka to get into position anyway.) Doing the wall jump into the scarab room is quicker but if your not consistent with it i'd do it this way - If the patrol from the scarab room to the graveyard is a shadow hunter just do yourself a favor and take the minute to kill them. I'm normally around half mana when I start blizzarding, having to sheep them constantly or god forbid getting a frog polymorph on you isn't worth the risk, especially when you're learning this pull and you have 5 million things to worry about. - The zombies on the right of the room (the one's we normally have to blizzard or flamestrike at the start of the pull doing it the old way) won't automatically pull if you're a higher level. You either got to CoC or counterspell or something as you're getting ready to jump onto the platform. I would normally strafe over to them quick and CoC then get back into position to blink & frost nova onto the platform. Use a rank 1 to conserve mana. - The scarabs will reset after about 10-15 seconds. You got to get onto the wall and get into position to start the kill rather quickly. - Speaking of getting into position. If you mess up the jump from the witch doctor's platform onto the wall you can fall onto the ground and get instan gibbed by the mobs. I found jumping from the one skull platform thing, to the next skull platform thing, then onto the wall was much safer if not a bit slower. - There is something off with the timing with this pull now where you are much more likely to get instant gibbed by melee leeway while getting into position while you're running along the wall (your first death in the video). Stay away from GY's inner wall edge 100% for sure.
Used your guides for leveling my mage super fast, currently mid 30s on my paladin and was looking for some way of dungeongrinding with him. Thanks king 👍

What about using oil of immolation and mounting to pull the scarabs? If you can find a clear space to pop oil of immolation you could agro the scarabs while mounted, which might increase the chance of success getting past GY with scarabs on your heels.
What is the addon that you use to see how long your nova/sheep has left? Well done btw, I am currently learning the mara run on my 53 mage. Have made it to the kill phase many times, almost there! Thanks for the guides on how to do it!

Did this in 2 pulls - scarabs mess up the pull pretty hard if you do it in one, if u pull scarabs in the second pull its only a 3 minute add of time and you don't die. Nice work - I was not able to pull them all at once

At this point, there aren't many people leveling. Only AH the noteworthy loot. Most greens are better vendored or saved for an enchanter alt

LIPs are limited invulnerability potions. They're available at level 45 and cause you to be immune to physical damage for 6 seconds.

That is a disease that Theka gives. It only reduces stamina and, I believe, strength.
