Health Update 22: Ziextenzo shot side effects hit me hard

Health Update 22 - the shot I get for helping the body make white blood cells hit me pretty hard this time. My bones and muscles were hurting just sitting still. Just looked up side effects of the shot and it says it may cause a stomach ache and shortness of breath. It all makes sense now! Thank goodness that only lasts a few days.

Try taking Claritan the day before, day off and two days after the shot. I just recently completed treatment for Hodgkin Lymphoma and got the Nulasta shot and did not experience any side effects. I have no idea if I was lucky or the Claritan helped. Nurses recommend it
