I actually have my hood and roof wrapped in the black, its an amazing finish, looks like it snowed on my car at certain angles, i used it with red carbon fiber highlights
From my understanding, no. The wood grain vinyls I believe are in their architectural vinyl series, whereas this forged carbon fiber vinyl is automotive vinyl. The architectural wood looking vinyl is much thicker than automotive vinyl and generally for flat surfaces (tables, desks, cabinet doors/sides, etc.), so yes, it can be difficult to apply around corners.
This is such a useful video... Thanks man. Made me feel certain of my choice.
Glad I could help! With all the different varieties out there, I thought it would be good to see them side by side. Thanks for watching!!
Thank you. Just what I hoped to find
Thanks for this comparison. I was looking at these wraps to rewrap a drum set and it's hard to compare them in still photos on the Amazon listing.
Thanks for watching! Hopefully this was helpful for you then. Cheers!

Thanks for watching! Yes, how the vinyl flecks reflect light kind of does look like snow, now that you mention it!!
This video is pretty awesome. My favorite and the one I am buying is the black forged carbon fiber non glossy. For my Bronco.
Thanks and thanks for watching! Much appreciated!
Great Video 👍
