Awesome books, Randy! Captain Midnight, what a grade for that age and cover?! Daredevil and the Weird Fantasy with wonderful Wally Wood art..doesn't get much better! Nick Cardy and Jim Aporo produced some great covers as well! I really want a cover featuring dinosaurs mixed in with either spaceships or current airships like the helicopter in the land unknown. They just remind me of that twilight zone where the plane goes back in time to the age of the dinosaurs. Thanks for the kind words, I really enjoy your channel and unboxings too!
Wait until you see the Captain Midnight coming up in a future video! (If I didn't spend so much time on thumbnails, it would already be out, lol) I'm glad you were loving the books, and I appreciate you watching. I have to watch your latest vid today I hope.
Great stuff, I especially like that Captain Midnight. Hey what's that More Fun Comics behind you?? I don't remember you telling me about that one, it's such a great GA title.
Wait until you see the KING of Captain Midnight books that I haven't shown on video yet!! That's More Fun #69, with a gorgeous Dr. Fate cover. That's definitely one of my big boy books! I can't afford one with a Spectre cover, so I had to "settle" for that one!
Being new to picking up Comics i have no reference as to top writers & artists, just recently bought "Zatanna Bring down the House 1-4" suckered in by the Cover art with the #1 foil, would rather the modern stuff wasn't soft blending on the lines and colour transitions etc (if you know what i mean) i like the older style used on comics with hard/sharp defined lines on the ones you show basically, they have more soul to them, i guess it's down to computer tech now we get these. Long tangent aside, the story art though.... ouch. I can now see why the guys over at comic book palace rag on internal art. If it was like Heavy metal i would have been hooked, nice display items though. Also i previously mentioned about IDW's BTTF comics, luckily i snagged a complete run at a bargain of a price. Bob Gale who co-wrote BTTF was involved, in essence recommended, story is enough to look past the art🤘 Last snippet, Vampirella cover art through the years, amazing but hard to get in the UK, yet i'm still keeping Heavy Metal top #1
@@SwarmofComics Amazing, i'm 99% sure the time has past for myself to own that. Unless by some miracle i stumble upon a copy in rough condition, fingers crossed
Captain midnight currently has 14 issues on the cgc senses. This makes sense because those single staple issues are very hard to come by. Congratulations!
A couple of awesome surprises for you there Randy, congrats! Ironically there is a content creator based in Australia by the name of 'still only 35c' he does some good stuff.
Daredevil is always a win! And that Captain Midnight cover is stunning.
Right?!? Wait until I unveil my prize Captain Midnight in another video!
⚡💥🎉 David Raymond was a good kid, he loved his daredevil comics!
Stacy Keach once turned into a lizard. 😅
I NEED TO FIND DAVID RAYMOND.
Glad you got the grades you wanted! 👍
I was very happy! Though being happy won't get you the same amount of views as the bad stuff, I'll take it either way! 😅
incredible books! love those golden age gems.
Thanks! I love weird old golden age books like MANHUNT! 😆
You got me at CGC unboxing. Bravo!
That's the entire extent of my BRILLIANT marketing strategy...add "unboxing" to the title!
Seeing comics that vibrant and pristine at 10 cents and 12 cents as the cover price is unreal!
Right!!?! You can't just open a medicine cabinet and find stuff like this, you gotta hunt for it!
Wait... You mean Aquaman doesn't live in your medicine cabinet, too? Oh.
@@delightfullydysfunctional no no, that's Aquanet.
Similar, but also completely different.
That's a beautiful ASM 33! One of my favorite ASM covers.
Awwww, that's awesome! I love the cover, and even the marvel chipping!

I have my Vampirella #1 sitting displayed behind me right as I type this!

@@dinxsy8069 Mine is only a 4.5. It's rough, but about all I can afford! They are damn expensive!
