Get the free pattern at thecrochetcrowd.com/crochet-beans-bobbles-afghan/ The video shows I did a 1 sc, skip 1 st, ch 1, 1 sc in next st in row 2. Technically, I misread this instruction and should have done bean st there. However, I am going to leave it intact here as it still works. Just note that row 2 in the video versus written instructions.
Yes, I'm following along and Row 2 instructions written have bean stitches, but video instruction do not. Now I do not know how to proceed. EDITED: I proceeded as per the video. It makes sense. I think whomever typed up the written pattern was too excited to get to the bean stitches LOL.
@@BarbaraEyre I misread the instruction when I filmed. Jeanne and I discussed this morning and decided to leave the video intact. It doesn't hurt the pattern and just an option.
Mikey - No worries at all. I actually like "your version" and went with it. I worked through the first 10 rows last night and am halfway through the TR/SC row 11. Using Caron Cakes Cinnamon Swirl. I only have 5 rolls, so half of what is recommended which is fine - will be a throw or similar for a nursing home .... and I need to wade through the stash! Thanks so much for your hard work. =)
I’m not sure if it’s the way I’m doing the faux bobbles, but mine keep pushing through to the opposite sides all the time. Is this a common issue, or something I could be doing wrong?
Can anyone help me lol? On row 8 the pattern says I should have 199 sc at the end, but if I skip the last bean & put 2 in the last st I am at 197. If I count the ch 1 I did at the start of the row (I'm not sure if I'm supposed to but I haven't been & its been right so far lol) I have 198. So im not sure what to do. Can anyone help me figure this out pretty please?
@@TheCrochetCrowd that's exactly what I did😁 and its working out great! I messed up a few times due to my own counting (kids make it tough to keep count sometimes 🤣) so I just thought I'd ask so I didn't have to frog it again lol. Thank you so much! This is going to be gorgeous!
Gorgeous! Thanks Mikey!
Love that faux bubble!
Very nice tutorial. Thank you.

haha... listen to you!
👏☺️😃😍
Olá manta muita linda uau UAU ♥️♥️
Love this and just started it. Isn't the ch 1 sk 1 all across row missing in the instructions? It goes straight to the bean stitches. Please explain.

Dianna Kume let me review. I might have left out a clip.

@@TheCrochetCrowd will there be a tutorial following the correct instructions?

THis is normal for that type of stitch.

Can you just put in an additional stitch to make up for it?

Hi
Would a sc chainless foundation work for this blanket ?xx
I used the sc foundation and it worked out perfectly. Just remember to do an odd Number! I'm making a baby blanket and started with 125.
I love the pattern
thank for this
Kathy R thank you 😊
Thats the puff stitch that fell in a ditch.
In the instructions for Row 2 it shows to bean stitch instead of chain 1 skip 1. Are the instructions incorrect or you?
Thanks
1st u called it a hole now ur calling it a space. The back hump is the back loop
