My kidney biospy reports of lesion (Dec 2018) found Granulomatous interstitial nephritis and I started dialysis. On April 2019 no lesion was found but a cyst found in chest lymphnode and its biospy showed Positive for MTB. Can you explain what has happened with me? What is the cause for my damage kidneys? Is there any connection with Tuberculosis? Please help me out.

Left untreated, severe hydronephrosis can lead to permanent kidney damage. Rarely, it can cause kidney failure.
