Yes I am Indian(bhartiya)and not only yoga is similar to kung fu but indian martial art are also similar it is said that Bodhidharma a indian Buddhist monk gave this knowledge to Chinese
There are many great discoveries in Bharat(india) but many of them are not explored due to last 1000 year of foreign invasion but Bharat is happy as this knowledge is delivered to mankind by the Chinese and this was the motive of my ancestor when Bharat was established more than 1000 years ago or even more
This is quite a bit different to other videos of Yi Jin Jing on TH-cam. It's a great exercise, it's the relaxed breathing and use of dynamic tension then release that generates gradual improvement of muscle and tendon strength over time with regular practice.

I can clearly see the eastern yoga influence on these exercises. I practice these exercises daily. They are the precursors of Chinese martial arts and optimal health.

I really like your style. The pulling cow tail movement reminds me a little of Shi Dejian doing Xinyiba - is there any similarity? Do you know the Xi Sui Jing? Do you think Xi Sui Jing is also very good?
Xi sui jing is only done after Yi Jin jing when the sinew lines are activated with the huang. Recommend watching damo Mitchell video explaining the theory.
KUNGFU.LIFE so please tell me shaolin kung fu is good and effective for self defence and fighting like wing chun because shaolin kung fu has been called king of the fighting arts grandfather of all martial arts
My Left hand (the muscle above the biceps appears to have ruptured and gone flat showing a depression when you compare it with the right hand and also when you compare it with other people's biceps. It must have happened while I tried to lift my suitcase. Cannot afford to take a sonography or MRI. Can someone explain what this could be. Tel:+917741910764

I love the Yi Jin Jing. I do it 3-4 times/week. It helped me a lot when I suffered from back pain. Thanks for sharing 🙏
