This is brilliant please do one on vinegars. I love cooking and I've always used various different oils to cook with rapeseed oil, olive oil, and others but never the rubbish which has all the nastiness in it. Well done we need more. Rice would be a good topic as well. Different rice. Love the explanation on the probiotic seed and you did. It's a shame I'm in the UK or I would have got some. Keep up the good work I am now a subscriber of yours with alerts set. Some cooking as tuff would be good as well, however I'm a vegetarian.

You (and other viewers) should know that there are recipes on-line for making cooking sprays that can then be used in a pump-action sprayer...NO propellants at all! Just be sure that you buy a good sprayer (I'd recommend a glass-body one) and use a recipe that includes the non-inflammatory oil of choice.

I avoid refined oils of any type, including avocado oil. I do use it for seasoning cast iron, though. I cook with butter and ghee, and use EVOO for salads, dipping, etc. I have a local store that specializes in EVOO, just bought a bottle of Chilean picual yesterday.

My husband has stomach inflammation. What do you recommend for food, supplements, and oils to cook with? Yes we go to the doctor but we don’t want him taking famotdine forever and want to replace it with something better. He got an endoscopy and he is perfectly fine just the mild stomach inflammation. 😑 We cook with avocado oil now

Thank you for this informational video. Am in the process of switching to Olive oil and now see that the Avocado oil, Ghee and Coconut oil would also be a welcome addition for different baking or cooking tasks. I think the Avocado oil would be great if one wanted to make their own mayonnaise since it has little or no flavoring. Aside from butter, is there a healthy alternative to shortening - I try to be dairy free when possible (don't digest lactose well) Or would there be a lactose free grass fed butter on the market??
