I recently found a podcast called “Just Ingredients”. Thank you for this informational video. Am in the process of switching to Olive oil and now see that the Avocado oil, Ghee and Coconut oil would also be a welcome addition for different baking or cooking tasks. Amazing information, thank you!!! Good to learn avocado oil is a perfect swap for cooking
growing up ghee was used a lot because my dad cooks his indian dishes with ghee so GHEE IS DEFINITELY SLEPT ON ITS SO GOODDD and it has a high smoke point so its great (i use olive oil too but usually ghee is my go too oil when i cook stuff on high heat) however, it's not as neutral as like avocado oil cause it leaves a nice nutty buttery taste which i love but depending on the dish it's not ideal so i would fall back on avocado oil
I just got it pina colada electrolyte. It’s delicious and I love it. It’s helping me since I don’t have much protein in my diet and I started it todsy. It’s good.
Bobby, I learn so much from you. Thanks from Portland, Oregon!
I drink olive oil and cook with Avocado oil.
I spray all my food with avocado oil and cook my eggs with it.
Have you tried pecan oil out? 470 degree smoke point and can drizzle like olive oil. I’ve been told it’s one of the healthiest oils available. I use Oliver Pecan Company, farm to table and simple cold press
I'm allergic to avocado. I'm so bummed because it's so good for you. Love your channel. I've learned so much. Could you do an episode about Trader Joe's hair and skin products? I use the tea tree body wash. It looks clean but wanted to double check.
Whats your number one recommendation of ORGANIC ghee, avacado oil, and coconut oil?????
This man is a hero.
I only cook with olive oil. I don’t fry with it because I need a neutral flavor oil for frying, unless it’s tomatoes. Tomatoes are delicious when shallow fried with garlic, at low to medium temperature.
Thank you darlin!! Great info!!
Looking at the quantity of oil used for cooking, I recommend oil spray for potion control 😊
Thanks for information!
Thank you so much Bobby! You are a hero for sharing all your wisdom!
How is prompting & supporting animal abuse & murder equivalent to being a HERO? Are Heroes all about being violent?
Will you do more diabetic videos? These videos help me out alot. Thank you
My husband has stomach inflammation. What do you recommend for food, supplements, and oils to cook with? Yes we go to the doctor but we don’t want him taking famotdine forever and want to replace it with something better. He got an endoscopy and he is perfectly fine just the mild stomach inflammation. 😑 We cook with avocado oil now
Thanks for being in the super market 🙂
Thank you so much for these wonderful, informative videos. I have learned so much and I am applying what I am learning. On the downside, a quick 30 minute store run now takes an hour.😂 Thank you for sharing your wealth of food knowledge.❤
Thanks Bobby! Such great information! I ditched the seed oils awhile ago thanks to you!
What about grapeseed oil? I'm allergic to dairy and avocado, so I usually use grapeseed to replace canola oil.
Thank you Bobby I share you with all those I love!
Thank you for the olive oil myth rectification. BTW, we have chosen food avocado oil here in Colorado Springs Costco. I buy it all the time.
What type of olive oil is best for frying????
Bobby, I like fried potatoes. What high heat oil should I use with potatoes? You just answered my question..use avocado oil. Thanks!
I use bacon fat.
I use avocado oil instead of butter on potatoes and toast! It has a mild (almost no)flavor and is a beneficial oil. If you drizzle oil on warm food and sprinkle with good granulated garlic, it’s amazing…I never miss butter! BlazingKitchens loVes yoU.

I only use extra virgin olive oil for 4 years now and i cook, and frie with
Thank you for this informational video. Am in the process of switching to Olive oil and now see that the Avocado oil, Ghee and Coconut oil would also be a welcome addition for different baking or cooking tasks. I think the Avocado oil would be great if one wanted to make their own mayonnaise since it has little or no flavoring. Aside from butter, is there a healthy alternative to shortening - I try to be dairy free when possible (don't digest lactose well) Or would there be a lactose free grass fed butter on the market??
