Ma, I followed your steps and I successfully open my wechat yesterday and I added some contacts but after chatting with one of them this morning and I went back to my wechat again they said I have to login which I did but after logging in it bring my account as been blocked 😢and I don't know what to do now

You can’t get QQ Id because you don’t live in China, log in with the WeChat option.
