To fund Alipay all you need to do is get your QR code from your Alipay and send it to your money exchanger. You can’t fund on the app anymore, it only accepts Chinese mainland card

To do this, on pinduoduo you’ll see options like , “ask a friend to pay” or “transfer” . On 1688, you can ask for the supplier’s QR code, or Alipay payment id, telling them your agent wants to make payment on your behalf. This way you have to make sure you trust the person making payment on your behalf.

But if you have created your 1688 before Alipay, the easiest way is try and purchase an item, it will lead to the payment option, there you’ll have the option to add your Alipay account. You can’t verify your Alipay without an identification. For foreigners(none Chinese) you must use a passport
